Blind Item #1

This B+ list ingenue ( I can't believe I used that in a sentence) singer wants everyone to think she is perfect and wholesome but the drugs and booze have taken her down enough where she is going to rehab. Quietly. Super quiet. Can't let the fans know, although many know she needs it.
