Your Turn

Most miles you have driven without sleeping.

  1. I'd hate to for anyone to be able to count the number of miles they've driven while sleeping.

  2. This is a gross question. Sleep-deprived driving supposedly kills as many people as drunk driving. It's not a badge of honor. Just ask Tracey Morgan.

  3. I sleep one out of every 20 miles while driving. I can't help it, wine does that to me. If I'm a passenger I like to stay awake, and sober , and take in the scenery.

  4. 7.5. Some of it was traffic on 95. Ugh.

  5. This isn't the most interesting topic. Give us something better like close encounters with a celeb - both rated G family version and the version only a Count can appreciate.

  13. Solo? 15 hours. That was only because I took a wrong turn and went through Peoria by mistake.

  14. Seattle to the Bay Area more times than I can count. I'm sure I've clocked over 1K on a leg of a coast-to-coast run.

  15. 14 hours from NJ-GA...By the time i hit South Carolina, i wanted to see if I could actually do it

  16. 1400 miles give or take from Lubbock to Sacramento. I've driven cross country by myself a few times. MA to Fl, FL to Sacramento, Sacramento to Detroit, Detroit to Sacramento, Detroit to Tucson dragging all of my possessions and a couple of cats a few times.

Now, I can't leave the damn house most days.

  21. 1370 Milwaukee to Tampa. I'd never do it in again without stopping or alone in the car.

  22. ATL to Austin. 15 hours of fun. On more than one occasion. I think that's about 1000 miles.

  23. Around 600. It's not advisable. I was almost babbling in another language by the time I got to my destination, I was so tired.
