Blind Item #9 - Kindness
This A list model and part-time actress is known for her breasts more than her goodwill, but the model recently donated $100K to a homeless mission in the town where her celebrity boyfriend lives. Apparently she has also purchased 20-30 homes in the city she wants to renovate and give away to needy families.

ReplyDeleteI'm kinda surprised Upton has all that to give at this point. Unless she's very sure she'll keep riding the money train.
ReplyDeleteBut she's def tbe one that popped I to my mind frist. Can't think of another model mostly known for her lactators.
20-30 homes? I doubt it.
ReplyDelete@simon: so glad to hear all is well in the land of Simon! Awww...*blushes* I've been trying to Flava Flav it up more in here since sandy promoted me! Plus, it's been a somber, morose ass week if I've ever seen one. This girl has got RESPONSIBILITIES now ;)
ReplyDelete@Derek: Thanks so much HANDSOME! People should question your attractiveness more often on here so that we get more D-Rock portraits! HAPPY NSFW FFF!!!
Upton's family also comes from money, so...
ReplyDeleteAnd Upton might be smarter than she looks and manages her own money well, some people do.
ReplyDelete@Lady loll
ReplyDeletewell to quote The Late Great Robin Williams
"Never get into a fight with ugly people ---they have nothing to lose!" lol ; )
@jbeebs. Justin verlander plays in Detroit. Those homes cost nada probably no money down and maybe getting corporate sponsor to kick in on renovations plus tax write off for modeling $$$
ReplyDeleteI heard about this last week. It is Upton. And you can buy houses here in Detroit for as little as $1. You could buy perfectly functional houses, in not great neighborhoods, for a few thousand.
ReplyDeleteI don't get where Upton would get all that scratch. SI swimsuit is minimum wage - mainly for exposure not cash. She doesn't do much runway and not a lot of campaigns.
ReplyDeleteKaaaate let me work for you!!!! - sincerely this architect
ReplyDeleteHeart of gold!
ReplyDeleteDetroit housing is dirt cheap. My best friend just bought a 5 bedroom 4,000 square ft house for $112,000.
ReplyDeleteGood for Kate! They need all the help they can get.
ReplyDeleteIn Detroit, you can buy an entire neighborhood for $100,000. Although chances are all the copper has been stripped from every single house, so no plumbing and no electricity. I lived in Grosse Pointe for 10 years, leaving 5 years ago and every house not occupied in Detroit was being stripped for parts back then.

ReplyDeleteJenn-i knew area was downtrodden, had no idea it was that bad. Healing hood wishes, lol
ReplyDelete@auntliddy Detroit is in pretty desperate straights. When the cops say arm yourselves because we might not get there in time, it's really fucking bad. Milwaukee's sheriff says the same thing.
ReplyDeleteI loved living in Grosse Pointe(blocks from Detroit border) and everything that came with living in that oasis, what the city and the burbs had to offer. Before I left, my old man kitty Monkey was mauled by two strays from Detroit to the tune of $2,000. He was ripped open from stem to stern and lost a nipple in surgery. Thank God I heard the commotion and kicked the strays in the head. There are larger packs of strays roaming Detroit now and dangerous to people. I have friends that still live in the Pointes.
