Blind Item #7

For all the support this A- list mostly movie actress gives this A list director and their past relationship, she has never let him be alone with her kids.

  2. Like the Keaton-Woody guess, but I thought she only had 1 kid.

  3. I wouldn't let Woody, Rolf Harris, Humphrey B Bear nor Cliff Richard baby sit any future kidlings. Remember, paedos are usually those closest to the family.

    1 boy

  6. Cate Blanchett/Woody Allen. I don't think many people would leave their kids alone with Woody Allen despite how great they think he is. Why is this even a blind?

  7. I didn't think I could grow in my admiration of Susan Sarandon, until her interview last month with 'The Daily Beast':
“He's always had a reputation for being with younger girls – I mean younger girls. And also, that young woman [Soon-Yi] was very vulnerable, and I think it was very hard for the siblings, and certainly for Mia [Farrow.] You just don't go there. You don't go there.”
“I think he really tore that family apart in a way that was horrible, and hasn't really dealt with the aftermath.”

  8. Woody for sure i wldnt leave my kids with, but i wldnt leave my kids with ANY strange man, i dont care how chummy we are. Better safe than devastated.

  9. I just looked it up, Diane and Woody were romantically involved, ie " their past relationship" beyond just working together so I think it must be Keaton

    this is an interesting blurb
Bulimia, Woody and me: Diane Keaton reveals the eating disorder that blighted her affair with Woody Allen - and how doomed flings left her loveless and alone

  10. Diane Keaton's children are adopted. I don't think this is them.

  11. I get nervous when my ex-sis-in-law leaves the kids with me. Everyone knows I wouldn't do anything to hurt a child but all it takes is one person making an accusation and boom, I'd be a pariah.
I have my opinions on the whole Woody/Mia/Mis's Kids thing but I wasn't there, nobody other than Mia has made any accusations and she was a "woman scorned" if you will so she would have a reason to try to disparage him in any way possible.
What he did with Soon-Yi, while legal, was disgusting and not something I could ever do, but again, I wasn't there and maybe feeling grew between them mutually and organically which made Mia feel even more useless and unwanted.
Still, he's a scumbag if for nothing else than the last two decades of crap he's put out as "movies".

    1. Wasn't legal she was 14. Never legal at 14.

    2. And he was her adoptive father, never cool, legal or right

    3. Not defending him but he wasn't her adopted father. Previn is her father. Woody was her mother's boyfriend and father to three of her siblings.

      This makes me sad.

    5. That's awful Rowdy, that even with family we have to be careful. My husband is the same. He won't babysit without me there. *frown*

  12. What a presumptuous bullshit blind! Even if he wasn't controversial it doesn't mean she would be leaving her kids alone with Woody. What?- does he do babysitting on the side???

  14. How about Uma Thurman and Quentin Tarrantino?

  15. Adopted or otherwise, no one should leave female children alone with that pig Woody Allen. Ugh. Double ugh.

  16. Why not Diane still chums around with Woody and even Soon Yi apparently and her children are young because she adopted them later in life. You are just as concerned about adopted kids as naturally born.

You make a very good point. Being cautious also protects innocent men from being falsely accused.

  18. I like the Uma and Quentin guess

  19. We went to the park yesterday to fly a toy drone the Opster got. Some kids came running and honestly we were cautious about engaging with them because you just never know. Sad.

  20. Tru - so adopted kids don't count? Rather ignorant statement.
Love, an adoptee and an adoptive mother

  21. Sugarbread, I was talking about them getting married, I have no idea when anything started with Woody and Soon-Yi, hell, I don't know how old either of them are (except that Woody should have been old enough to realize all the shit he started would eventually come back to bite him in the ass. Then again, pretty much all of Hollywood worships at the altar of Polanski so maybe he figured it would all be forgotten and forgiven)

@redheadwriter- So true (no pun intended since the commentor's name is tru). I have a close family member who is adopted. There is no stronger love than that which we have for them. It isn't the blood flowing through the veins that make us family, it's the love and care that we share that make us family. Love, a very loving brother and uncle.

    1. Rowdy: spot on. We are looking at adopting (compared to the U.S it's nearly impossible) and I would love them just as much I would love a child I gave birth to.

  22. I am thinking Jodie Foster and Mel Gibson.

  23. Why would an actress leave her kids with a director, suspected of child abuse or not? When you're A- list, you're supposed to afford a nanny...

  24. @Yoj. Thank you very much for that Susan Sarandon comment about perv Woody. She's absolutely right he always liked YOUNG girls, the girlfriend he had in "Manhattan" was a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD Mariel Hemingway for God's sake. He's a freaking perv.

    1. @Studio54, the character Hemingway played in Manhattan was 17. Hemingway was 16 during filming.

I agree and I'm sure plenty of actresses feel the same as Susan Sarandon on the issue, but unlike her they won't say so. Because they still want to work with him.

  26. Great comment by Susan Sarandon re Woody Allen.

  27. Keaton lives in California and Allen is noted for avoiding the West Coast at all costs. I doubt she ever needed him for baby sitting.

  28. What about Michael Cameron and the chick from Terminator? Their divorce was very acrimonious, so I'm not sure about how supportive she's been of him.

  29. Sounds like it's meant to be Woody and Diane, but she's a late in life mom. Her kids are kids now. Pedo or not, what ex-boyfriend babysits his ex's kids?
