Blind Item #5

You would think this former A list singer reduced to a C lister now would be much nicer to his A list wife but she is only with him because of the kids at this point. She doesn't want them to have to hear why their parents are getting divorced or read about the cheating he did multiple times. He keeps cheating knowing this and then keeps asking for forgiveness.

  4. I don't think Patton is A list though? and I thought they made it very clear they are very separated and Paula will never go back with him

  5. Gavin Gwen is a better guess

  6. Paula isn't A list is she? When was Nick an A-list singer? I can't think of anyone else though. Tim Mcgraw?

  7. Gavin rossdale never was A list even in 90's

  9. Gavin and Gwen is it. Enty always calls Gavin a C Lister or washed-up rock star.

  10. Is Gwen still A list though? And I thought they had an "arrangement" considering he "cheats" with men. I don't know.

  13. Paula has made it VERY clear she wants out. Plus she's not an A lister. Not even close. If she hadn't been Robin's wife I'd have never known who she was.

Even at his most popular Nick was never an A list singer. I don't even think he sings. I think he's just an actor/comedian.

    I'm liking Gavin/Gwen for this.

  14. Gavin was very A list for a couple of years in the 90s ---the whole grunge scene. Music critics did not like his band though and called him phoney and a Kurt Cobain wannabe etc.

  16. I love serge Gainesbourg,Aznavour , Piaf and The like....I should've been clear...France isn't known for its contribution of...modern music, rock, pop etc...

  19. La vie en rose is one of my favorite songs, but that doth not make a catalogue....
Contrarily , I love newer electronica, trip hop French bands like Aie and thievery corporation....but my point was...how would someone not know a phenom band like Bush was huuuge in most English speaking countries, unless, they aren't exposed to great modern rock , which in France, I don't think they are.....certainly weren't when I lived there

    ReplyDelete
  24. Oh...@derek..it's cool, I just never have picked up or read that rag since..maybe 10 years ago while living abroad..where EVERYONE reads it..lol..maybe enty does scour all that stuff b4posting

  27. OMG Razorblade Suitcase is still one of my FAV albums! Gavin was A list for a few years. At the time, if I had had a son during those years, I would have named him Gavin.
BTW I've seen him very close in a small venue, and he was absolutely GORGEOUS. Couldn't take your eyes off of him.

  28. @Ay. I like ur guess. Tim McGraw.

  29. May I add two well known French bands people may have over looked, Gipsy Kings and those guys that wear the helmets and did last years huge hit "Lucky". My brain can't pull it from the wine soaked depths.

  35. Actually French Girl, Gavin was A list, albeit briefly. Bush's album--I forgot the name of it because it's been so long ago--was a big deal around, oh, I guess 1997 (around the time Michael Hutchence died) and that's about when he met Gwen. So yeah, this is totally Gavin and Gwen. I used to have that Bush album but had to pawn it a few years back.

  36. I really like Vanessa Paradis's music a lot.

  37. I feel really bad for Gwen...she was always so in love in him and determined to make it work.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I agree with you Brenda. She was always up front with how crazy she is/was about him.

  39. Derek & Becky. Look up Ludacris & Royal Blood.

  40. French music scene is very hip....have you been to Paris??

    ReplyDelete
  41. Chiming in to add that Gavin was definitely A list in the 90's

    Glycerine was my jam

    This is Gwen and Gavin

    ReplyDelete
  42. @Skippy thanks man, I'll check them out! I was just in Paris in June but not long enough to see any bands...maybe next year :)

    ReplyDelete
  43. @Gabi I lived there
As stated ...the electrknon trip hop ambient scene is solid, as in is on most cosmopolitan cities
However, mkdernnrock, grunge, the best bands of the 90's such as Bushy and sound garden were hardly exposed there...or played...French rock is an oxymoron...hence, French girls assertion that Gavin Rosedale was never A list..the original Pointe..

  44. TBD how about Joel Madden and Nicole Richie.

  45. Gwen just had a baby a couple of months ago. Why would she do that if she was only staying with him for the sake of the children? All that would do is tack on a few more years that she would have to stay with him.
