That is one reason it is not wise to jump in the sac with any Tom Dick or Jane. How much would one sue for getting herpes? There is no money in the world that is enough for that.

Seriously, dude? If you really had her needs in mind, perhaps you should have told her BEFOREHAND and also worn the condom as you said you would."
This is that the creep did in London ON with the AIDS to a few woman he infected, the first guy to be criminally charged with deliberately spreading HIV when it was a death sentence. He said he blamed a woman for giving him HIV and he was taking as many down with him as he could. He died before it could go to trial.
That is why this woman won so much money. She tried to be responsible but this guy was either an idiot or a jerk. Can't trust anyone these days.
A beloved comic was also sued for the same thing. It's a very common lawsuit honestly.

@ sherry...I was gonna mention it, but thought better not...it was...epic at the time though, because of the nature and led to his first divorce I believe...
ReplyDeleteIf you're talkng about who I think you're talking about, cheating with the nanny led to his first divorce. Of course he went on to marry the nanny and they stayed together for many years but I've heard he was sued by a woman and settled out of court.

yes orlando has herpes he got from vanessa manillo when he was cheating on the bosworth while vanessa was cheating on derek jeter.. bosworth found out about the herpes the surprise way!! you would say and dumped him rather publicly.. it was in the ny post a few years back that she dumped him after he gave her herpes.. 2006 i think..these 2 should really get back together and be in try hard herpes druggie drunk bliss together..
