This foreign born B list mostly movie actress who is also a model and generally appears in all her husband's movies is so worried about gaining even a pound that she only eats once per week which means she will usually only go to one event per week because she knows she has to eat at an event because people are watching her to see if she eats. Once a week.

Deletesnookiemonster/Steampunk Jazz - You need potassium or your heart will have problems. Magnesium is good too. We've been told to eat too eat too much forever. With supplements and drinking good things eating can be every other day for a regular meal, especially as you get older. Can't eat like a kid all your life and stay healthy.
