Off Topic

It always seems freaky to me when the outside of a propane tank freezes despite it being located beneath a burning hot grill.

  3. I've never seen this, but then I never turn on the propane after watching this video. If the Grill King wants his steaks grilled, he can turn it on, otherwise, I'll Gordon Ramsey it for him. Safer and tastes better. :b

    1. Yeah, Montana - I was wondering the same thing. I only read reveals, not usually the blinds b/c I find them frustrating beyond belief!

  8. It's likely because propane itself is extremely cold in it's liquid state, which is how tanks are filled. It's why most people who fill tanks are required to wear gloves so they don't get frostbite.

  9. Yay, science time!

    It's because of Boyle's Law:

tl;dr- When volume increases, temperature drops if pressure is held constant
