Mr. X Blind Items Part Three

5) Which reality star turned talk show host (whose show recently got canned) went on an n-word rampage when she found out that this A/B-list talk show host/actress/musician was booking all the A-listers? She also threw in a homophobic slur, the one which starts with a d and ends with an e, to refer to her rival.
6) What A-list reality star has her husband's boyfriend to thank for getting her front row seats at Paris Fashion Week and for getting her younger sister a runway job? And you wonder why the fashion community doesn't take any of them seriously.

Thanks VIP, I must say not unlike the rest of his work he doesn't live up to his own hype.

    4. Absolutely Bethenny and the Queen. Enty made that one way too easy. (And I don't think it was by accident.)

  7. #6 is just highlarious. Really though, that younger Jenner (Kendall?) seems like she should be able to be a model, I mean, why not? She's tall and thin and, though it kills me to say it, quite beautiful.

Kanye, you send every gaydar in existence screeching. Give it up already and just be your big gay self.

And Bethanny, you can't hold a candle to Queen Latifah <-- love her.

  11. Ya, I do actually think Bethany about Queen D (for Dana)..
I don't think Kris was on long enough to fit this. Not that she wouldn't bitch about it, or call names, it's just been over too long.

  12. What is a homophobic slur that starts with a d and ends with an e?

  16. Homophobic slur that starts with a D and ends with an E? That must be a new word for me.

  17. Brenda that was my 8:05 comment that was deleted. But I'll still call a jinx.

  19. It ain't douche. Take out the ouch and add a yk.

Horrible word and should not ever be used which is why i did not fully type it out. But i am pleasantly surprised more people don't know it.

  20. I think that dyke is only offensive when you call a straight women a dyke. Lesbos probably consider the word a complement. But I could be way off.

    1. Its offensive to call any woman or man that word. Period.

    3. Haha it depends on whos using it. Its no big deal alot of the time, and can be used by lezzies to eachother. But to each their own. Maybe some hate it always. But Im not a dyke though, so maybe idk

    4. *sigh* Yeah, you're way off, @Haywood.

  22. As a lesbian, you are way off...

  23. I still think "DouchenozzlE" connotes an air of greater sophistication.

  24. Color me "duh". That word didn't cross my mind for some reason--my lady-bit loving friends don't call each other that--they use some other colorful words though..lol..but I forgot about the other one.

  25. I was wondering how that Jenner girl got that fancy runway gig.

  26. I read an article written by a black man who said the N word was brought to its current use as a way for african americans to accommodate a word and live thru a time that was terribly hurtful and by doing so deflect the sting of it- I am not black, so I take his word for it- and it dpes make sense.
As a lesbian woman (but not self identified dyke) I think that perhaps this may be happening within our gay culture. Is fag used the same? Seattle gay pride opens the parade with dykes on bikes...and Just today theres an ad on CL asking where the dyke on a blue bike is that she saw in the parade- so yes, its used. And it doesnt appear to be hurtful, at least over here on the west coast its even quite common. Maybe its different in other places.

  27. I must be behind the curve because the last thing I knew, my lesbian friends proudly called themselves dykes. Of course this was back in the 1990s when they decided to come out, and owning the term empowered them, but maybe things have changed?

  32. No the word dyke is still used by the LGBT community - Toronto Gay Pride Parade was held recently and there was an event called Dykes for Bikes.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I am not sure the other origins of the word but is dyke any worse than butch as a term referring to a masculine woman. Now tranny that's another story.

  34. 6 is easy fosheazay ... kim k

  35. Hasn't Bethany's show been cancelled? What star above D-list even wanted to be on that mess? Latifah is gay but she's a Hollywood insider. Bethany had no clout to bring stars to her show. Don't understand why she would be calling names.

  36. Holy crap, VIP! Where do you find these shots????

  37. Thanks guys! I figured it out myself today at lunch when I was meditating.

Buddha never laid down any rules about WHAT you should be meditating about! :)

  38. I love the Mr. X blinds - they make me feel smart because I can figure them out!

  39. I was assured by my gay friends in the nineties that 'dyke' was not an offensive term. Then I was castigated for using it on a message board to refer to lesbians 3-4 years ago. So something must have changed.

    ReplyDelete
  40. The dykes on bikes are an active club in Sydney and have led the parade at Mardi Gras here since 1988, it doesn't seem to be a derogatory term here

    ReplyDelete
  41. Dyke is only a homophobic slur when uttered by homophobes. Not unlike certain racial slurs.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Oh, good gravy & biscuits. Is that a crossword puzzle for children? I'm fairly sure we're all adults here, and if a written word that you identify with offends you, life is gonna be so rough, and that's just sad. Just feel good about yourself and ignore it. Personally, I looove people calling me names. I find it hilarious. Except when they are uncreative. That's just so lazy.

    Bettheny Latifah

  43. Karl Lagerfeld has used the Jenner girl for his runway show twice. Anna Wintour is crazy about her. I think they're both off their rocker but hey- they didn't ask me.

So there are people who take at least one member of the family seriously. And Anna also loves loves loves Kanye. Weirdo.
