Kate Middleton Is Pregnant Again - Maybe

New Day in Australia is reporting that Kate Middleton is expecting her second child. Presumably the child is with Prince William. The news was confirmed by Kate's oldest friend Jessica Hay. Jessica is the person who confirmed that Kate was pregnant with George about two weeks before the news was publicly released. The reason for the maybe in the headline is it sounds like Jessica is not really close to Kate any longer. In the report she uses a lot of qualifiers such as it was friends are telling her and she says that Kate's face is fuller than normal. She also says that the couple are going to try and wait until Kate is three months pregnant this time. They were unable to do that last time because Kate suffered from such severe morning sickness and ended up in the hospital. Kate being pregnant or announcements of her being pregnant are big sellers for tabloids and there would probably not be any public confirmations or denials so that really leaves everyone in the dark.

    Tabloid magazines around the world go in cycles and claim Kate to be pregnant at least every few months. Then when sometime in the future she is actually pregnant they can claim they got it right and look legit.

    The red hair comes from the Spencer family (case in point: Charles, aka Earl Spencer, Diana's brother)...yes, I know, simple genetics aren't as much fun as joking that a future queen is banging her brother-in-law, but they're probably the very boring truth. Also, if it turns out that Kate is indeed expecting (mazel tov!), if she's not as sick this time out I'll guess that she's having a girl; a number of women I know, including my own mum, were MUCH sicker while carrying boys than with girls. Time will tell...
