Blind Item #9

This former A list mostly movie actress who is in a new movie now, but is probably in the bottom half of the B range was stopped by a fan who called her by her first name. Bad move. She likes to be referred to as Ms._______. Yep. So, she turned the fan away and told him to come back when he has more manners. She is never nice to fans. This is just one that is recent. Rarely has a fan had a good interaction with this offspring.

    1. You see, Derek, sometimes when two people are in love they like to show that love through a physical act...

Who has the sex puppets to explain the rest to Derek?

  5. is she an offspring of other actors? If not I guess Susan Sarandon---I know people that have met her and say she is a bitch

  6. wait, Reese is not a Hollywood offspring, nm.

  7. Good job Violet. But I kinda think this is b.s. because I had an interaction once with her and Chris in NYC and she didn't seem that way--she smiled at me as we all crossed the street.

    2. I read that, sugarbread. Think they'll spin it into some forbidden love triumph? The part where they joke about errrrm... Greyjoying his Theon is alarming.

    3. What does that mean? I know it's a got reference. I thought they wanted her to stay in her religious sect. I think he's stalling on prenuptial or now that the Brian singer lawsuit is getting dismissed he seems to want to back out

    4. Sorry, chop his cock off. The story noted that a Druze woman's family cut the penis off of the non-Druze groom.

    5. Oh I only read headlines not full article. But I imagine now that most of the singer cases are being dismissed and she's holding out for 20 million upfont. Her family knows it's not a real marriage in any real way and want her to reconsider throwing her chance at love away for fame and money.

  10. Absolutely Violet :) and they both knew I knew who they were as we passed each other in the street. I gave a little head nod and she smiled back.

  15. I met Kate and Chris at the little door restaurant when I lived in LA..she had an air of entitlement and that she owned the room...he looked...uncomfortable...and awkward.
Now very recently, one of my dear friends in LA ran into Kate/gwyneth and their respective kids at a yogurt place....her words were..Kate was friendly, and gwyn was a stone cold bitch

    2. Oh my God . Gwen and Kate were together? Add Reese and you get the mean mommy Holkywood trifecta. It must have been after 10am if Gwen was with her own children.

  17. Ms Roberts.

(Only my first real guess here. The first was just attempt at fun filled nostalgia.)

  18. Didn't Enty refer to Ashley Judd as offspring in a recent blind? She's known to be really rude to fans and she's snotty enough to fit the blind.

For example has a habit of starting her speeches by saying hello to the audience, then waiting a minute, pouting, saying "I'm Southern and in the South we have good manners and we say hello when someone greets us." Then she claps her hands together and says "Take Two. Helllooooo, everybody" and like little sheep they all say hello back.

It's her schtick, she does it in every speech and thinks it's brilliant. So insisting on being called Ms. Judd would totally fit her.

Plus, I know somebody whose husband worked for Ashley's ex's IndyCar team and she told me LOTS of stories about Ashley being a total bitch to fans, crew and even other drivers.

  23. Kate is in Wish I was Here a self-financed Zach Brach movie which they are trying to get into theatres now.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I don't even think Judd is still B List.

I would go Southern and call her Miss Kate, and not Miss Hudson.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I'd say Judd is closer to bottom B list than Kate. Also Ashley is a huge bitch, it is known. Wynona forever.

  26. Kate, gwynnrth and judd all give ine zero reason to think they'd be fun to run into. Mater of fact, I'd run the other way!

    ReplyDelete
  27. I was thinking older too like Jane Fonda Malcam. But this is a woman who said "cunt" on a morning show, so she doesn't strike me as a stickler more manners and etiquette.

Not Sarandon. She has offspring, but she isn't one herself. Maybe her daughter?

    Nikki Sexx?

    ReplyDelete
  28. Blech, but that's not Kate Hudson. probably Goopy

    ReplyDelete
  29. @Hannah Savannah, oh God, she sounds insufferable! And real nice of her to insinuate anyone who's not from the South has no manners.

If it is her she should be glad she still has fans. I honestly can't remember the last movie she had and certainly not the last hit movie. Wasn't it one of those crime movies with Morgan Freeman about 15 years ago?

  34. The "Call me Ms" thing has such a legit Leading Lady vibe--& this anecdote has such a Wannabe vibe ;-) . Goop sounds like a good candidate.

Theater-going fans tend to have a greater sense of boundaries than they might with Hollywood celebs. They certainly didn't shout, "Hey, Jessica!" or "Blythe!" when "Miss" Tandy or Blythe Danner stepped outside after a performance.

Anyway, Offspring Goop came to mind... Tho it may be only 'cause my mom once noted with approval that a pre-GOOP/post "shakesp in luv" GP went to Williamstown to see her mom in a play that mine was in as well, & came backstage after the curtain call. I can tots see Goop growing up hearing fans call mommy "Ms Danner," & deciding it's uncouth for strangers to address one on a 1st-name basis. Regardless of the difference between theater-fan culture & the TMI-gorged movie-star fan culture Goop caters to.

Uh, if you insist on oversharing about your colonic cleanses & depilatory habits? Heck; Imma call you whatever I want. And my mom would probably have agreed.
