Blind Item #8
This old, former talk show host was on the verge of tears after walking a recent red carpet because no reporter really wanted to talk to him.

Phil Donahue
That just makes me sad.
Reg
aww. geraldo?
Larry king
Leno??
Troy McClure :-)
Keith Olbermann?
Larry King
I was beat to the guess I see now.
While I was contemplating Leno I got King. Now see, I was beat to both guesses.
Leno, I was thinking maybe not quite old enough. And King I can see getting emo.
Regis was recently at the 'Magic in the Moonlight' premiere. He seems the most sensitive also.
Leno?( Please Leno! He's so full of himself)
To be different, I'll say Regis Philbin.
I guess Regis is the best guess
@stephie
True, I've seen him, Regis, get misty b4
I think Regis would be the most emotional out of the bunch
I'd definitely want to talk to Phil Donahue!! LOL
I could see Regis tearing up. Not so much Donahue. I think Phil is quite happy living the quiet life with Marlo. I picture them raising horses and cooking souffles together.
I'm on board with the Troy McClure guess
;-)
Register is sn ass he would make people talk to him. I think this is Larry King.
This is so sad. I guess Donahue because I haven't heard a word about him in a long time and Regis is so animated, isn't that exactly what reporters want on a red carpet?
I guess we can solve this one by who's NOT in the DM today :(
I seriously love Regis
he cracks me up
so hope its Donahue
Who could blame people for avoiding Donahue, especially if he's with that super bitch Marlo Thomas? She has one of the worst reputations in the industry for being an intolerable, horrible, evil nightmare of a person. But he's stuck with her for this long, so I'd talk to him just to ask him how he does it.
Awwwww...this is actually very sad.
I think Arsenio is icky.
Is it only me?
Donahue has been ignored for year, but Regis would be a newcomer to media rejection.
If it were Olbermann or Geraldo, I'd laugh so hard. Both massive D Bags. Regis or Donahue would be sad
On board with regis. Hes always worn heart on sleeve. Cant see Donahue giving a crap. And Larry King thinks everything is about him anyway, lol, so he'd never notice!
Phil Donahue is a very intelligent man, can only see him shrugging his shoulders and heading off to read a new book.....
I WISH it were Olbermann. I think it is Regis.
I don't think it's Regis, everybody knows him. Donahue's neither, he's still pretty recognizable to people over 30 or so from the hair/glasses, & his wife, so I'd think he'd still get a few question.
My guess would be Dick Cavett. Most of the population know probably wouldn't know him, or recognize him if they did. And he has a history of clinical depression he's been public about. And yes he's still in the biz, he's doing theater recently in NY.
Arsenio Hall! His show just got axed and no one cared.
Chevy Chase!
Phil
Lol!
