Blind Item #1

This A list mostly movie actress is recently married. She is also in non-stop fight mode with her new husband. It might have something to do with the fact that he thought they conceived the old fashioned way and she didn't tell him until after it was a done deal that she got pregnant in a lab and didn't even use his sperm.

    1. @Seven I was just thinking that.

  5. If you're going to go to all that trouble with appointments & procedures he knows nothing about, why tell him at all? Unless the entire point was to be a spiteful b*tch. There's that.
I am not endorsing keeping parentage a secret. I'm wondering what the end game of such an elaborate manipulation might be. Spite is all I can come up with.

  6. Ooooh Ouch. Now why would you tell him that? Ugh, I can imagine he wouldn't be very happy.

  7. Who ever it is knows tbe husband wanted to leave, unless of coarse ..."She's Having His Beh-Beh, what a lovely way of saying how much you love him..."
(What a shitty way of getting him to stick around ...at least for another year or so.)

  8. How out of touch with your partner do you have to be to undergo fertility treatments without them having a clue? I haven't gone through them myself, but my sister has, and it's more than a quick 15 minute pop-in to the doctor's. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky, Halle.

    1. Just what I was thinking FRU but aren't the injections to produce multiple eggs? If she got donor eggs and sperm well then.

      Morning all. Missed ya.

  9. sounds like zoe, with the recent marriage

  10. Halle used someone else's eggs not someone else's sperm. Or so Enty told us.

  11. Wasn't there a blind about someone not wanting to use her husband's sperm because he had some health issues?

This is really messed up. Usually if you're married, the spouse is required to sign consent forms. If it is Zoe, sounds like she might have done it before they were married. If so, this raises some interesting legal issues.

  12. Tricia, do you think Zoe is the answer?!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Zoe's not really A list though. I'd call her B list.

  14. I think @TriciaS makes a great point about Zoe and the twins she's having / iVF.

The only thing that baffles me is that Zoe planned a pregnancy b/c that certainly (hopefully!!) gets in tbe way of her supposed drinking. Then again, if she's desperate to keep that Italian Artist around her cray cray, she might sober up to pull the ol' bb stunt.
    ...
Heck, maybe the Artist wanted a BB by her. What do I know?

  15. I'm going with Zoe also.

  16. @Sherry - I've gone through multiple IVF cycles (which is why I can't resist inserting my knowledge on these threads - I rarely have anything to contribute to this site) and yes, there are multiple shots as well as multiple doctor visits to perform u/s. The week of the "trigger" - when you take an HSG shot to pop the eggs out -- you are in the doctor's office almost every day. There's also daily blood draws. Then, there's retrieval day, which is about a four hour process that involves getting knocked out. It's a pretty involved process.

    1. Catsup. I have nothing to contribute. But I still open my (metaphorical) mouth and spout nonsense. To myself mostly.

    2. Don't forget the two weeks laying around in bed after they put them back. 'Cause no one is gonna notice that.

    3. Oh, and I hope your ivf was successful.

    4. Catsup, I had a friend who went through it as well and I remember it being a VERY involved process as you mentioned. Thanks for sharing. And as others have expressed I hope you were blessed with a lovely bundle of joy. My friend had quadruplets! They are 17 now.

  18. I've been through fertility treatments, they actually make your spouse sign off on everything as well. Like everything. Maybe that's just Canada? I always find these ones hard to believe

    1. Only if you're using your spouse's sperm. If you're using an anonymous donor (or tell them you are) only you have to sign.

  19. Everyone is assuming it's IVF. I could be read that she got knocked up by a scientist.

    2. Or IUI aka the turkey baster method. You do still have an HSG trigger shot & lots of blood work but it's a little less than IVF.

  21. I don't see how anyone can do this. People get killed over this type of thing.

  22. @violet - you are much to modest! Love your posts and all the other regulars. You guys keep me entertained. Unfortunately, my treatments weren't successful...I have the uterus of death and had to use a GC. Thankfully, that worked and I got my beautiful boy! One upside - people telling how great my post-baby body was. I didn't correct them...

TTM - if you are married your spouse has to sign off on everything in the US, also. I am thinking the person wasn't married when she did this or lied about her maritcal status.

    1. Catsup. Whatever way you end up getting them they're a blessing (except the odd day when they're really really not). Congratulations!

    2. Thanks for the info Catsup and TTM, looks like it is Halle and Olivier. She pretended the baby was his and got him to marry her a few months before the baby was born. He should sue her in divorce court for fraud.

  23. Would be out the door quicker than shit. Would file a fraud suit and sit in jail instead of paying a dime for support.

  25. So if Halle she didn't use her own egg or her husbands sperm…..she's bizarre

    ReplyDelete
  26. I would think Halle more than Zoe simply because of the age difference. Also I think Halle is more deceptive as a person

    ReplyDelete
  27. who's sperm did zoe use and what health issues does marco have??

    ReplyDelete
  28. Why bother marrying the guy at all? Have a kid if you want, live your life, don't get jacked up over custody when you dump him.

Halle's never been the sharpest tool in the shed, don't know about Zoe.

  29. Thanks, @Sherry and @Violet! I was finally blessed with a beautiful ittle boy. And, he was worth every minute of hell I went through!

  30. Isn't this Halle Berry? I swear I saw this blind months ago; the wording is a bit different but it's the exact same incident. Everyone guessed Halle back then.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Didn't use his sperm?! That's low Halle.

    ReplyDelete
  32. The last one said Halle used a look-a-like for herself instead of her own eggs. So this is reversed.
