I knew French Spanish and Pig Latin not to mention Spanglish and English and Ebonics when I was younger and wanted people to like me better.

ReplyDeleteOk really I just wanted to understand why anyone would create tentacle porn. 6 years of study and I am still no closer to understanding. I mean bukkake is at least about control and power dominance, but my cultural anthropology studies provide no insight into the prevalence of tentacles.

DeleteRiven, this tentacle porn is insane! Fucking Japan, they really do some weird shit over there! Years ago I had one of the Japanese channels on my cable package and I would just sit there for hours in a cloud of cannabis smoke watching these totally undecipherable game shows full of naked girls doing things with brooms and bicycles. It was great.
Delete@Harry I recommend Happiness of the Katakuris for some A-grade Japanese WTF-ness. I focused on Japanese horror films for my thesis paper and had to watch about 200 films of some really crazy shit. If you ever want a recommendation I can give it lol.

ReplyDeleteI am great with languages until I meet a native speaker then I get intimidated and will not say a word, lol. Then there are times I will mix up my Spanish with my Portuguese or Italian
ReplyDeleteI just apologize profusely for destroying their language while trying to speak it. Like its rude to not try to learn the language but I feel like I'm disrespecting it more by trying to speak it. Can't win.

DeleteI've had several dogs with epilepsy, Cleo (1 mixed breed and 2 Italian Greyhounds) and I've had 2 other IGs that had occasional seizures but not frequently enough to be medicated.
DeleteThe epileptic pups all responded very well to phenobarb. Only side effect was weight gain.

ReplyDeleteSymptoms, yes. Vet put her on phenobarbital with testing to check her blood for "therapeutic" levels. Of course my brain was thinking, she probably wants to make sure it's not going to human use. Thankfully Czarya has been seizure free since Friday morning (Fingers crossed).

"Older" Island girl, has been taking Exams this week. She's in elementary school. Her final, for language, is a 3 day final..poor thing has one day of questions, one day of essay writing and one day of "conversation". I'm amazed at what she has learned. Love her school, worth every penny. Figured a would say something nice about learning a language in school, since I took 4 years and could tell you nothing. She's going to try to use it when she goes to volunteer. Makes me smile. Thank a teacher when they do a good job!!
