Surprising no one who comes here daily, Melanie Griffith finally filed for divorce from Antonio Banderas. The couple has been married for 18 years but over the past several years they have barely spent any time together while Antonio squired a bunch of different women. Does anyone use the word squired? Melanie is asking for child support which she will probably get, but Stella is almost 18 so that won't last long. Melanie is also asking for spousal support and she should ask for a ton. She deserves it. Hell, it will cost thousands just to rid herself of all her Antonio tattoos. I'm glad she is finished trying to make it work because he made no effort at all and she should have left him two years ago when this all started.

how you found him is how you'll lose him. Yes he was married when she met him, he left his wife for her. But for some reason I just feel so sad for this girl, her mom let her run wild when she was just a child herself and she seems to have spent her life wrapped in insecurity. Hang tough Melanie.

ReplyDeleteMy friend used to clean Melanie Griffiths and Don Johnson's house in Aspen. Melanie gave her some clothes, and I can attest that, that woman is tiny. Even a slender 14 year old couldn't fit into her stuff.
The only interesting thing my friend had to report is that Melanie and Don sat around chain-smoking all day.

I have no doubt if she was still young and hot she'd still be doing it. Getting older IS a bitch. I don't remember if she and Don were still together at the time but Antonio was definitely married when she set her sites on him. How can people like that EVER be surprised when it ends the same way for them. He told her a long time ago if she didn't stop fucking up her face he was going to leave her. Shit it's not like he dumped her the first time there was trouble. There's been trouble for years. I don't find her sympathetic in the least. I'm not saying he's someone to look up to but if he wanted out and she didn't want to give him a divorce what is he suppose to do? You can't force someone to stay in a relationship that doesn't want to be there. I don't see why he should pay her a dime in support. They've both had decent careers let them split the money and go their separate ways. Divorce happens all the time. I don't see why this is a big deal at all.
