Justin Bieber Vandalism Charges To Be Filed Today
Later this morning, Justin Bieber will find out if he is being charged with a felony or misdemeanor in his vandalism case. This is the case that came about because he threw eggs at the house of his neighbor who claims he suffered about $20K worth of damages from the egging. That would presumably make this a felony, but as I have said before, this whole thing has just been a waste of time and money and effort because all Justin will have to do is write a check to the owner and then the owner will drop the charges and there will be no case going forward. All of the charges would be dropped. No probation, no community service, nothing for Bieber. Yes, there will be headlines about the amount of jail time he faces and probably a booking photo, but that will be it. As much as I think Bieber is a punk I don't see why the whole raid on his house was necessary to look for evidence and if it was such a good case it would not have dragged on for almost six months.
yawn nice start to the week Enty :( this nd that fug underneath it.
ReplyDeleteHe does not have man face.
ReplyDeleteWe need Wigs with some awesome egg puns!
ReplyDeleteAnd really? A raid for evidence of egging? Best thing would be for him to have to clean it off. That's why Canadian Halloweens suck for hooligans; frozen egg yolk is a b&tch to get off
$20,000 in damage from eggs? Yeah, and my mailbox that got hit with a baseball bat was worth a good $8300.
ReplyDeleteSince his parents have failed to do it, society is left with the sad role of demonstrating to Justin that actions have consequences.
ReplyDeleteThis is a scam all the way around.
ReplyDelete@Charlie
ReplyDeleteIf I recall, the house and/or doors had some kind of wood finish/varnish that was damaged by the eggs leaving stains. To get wood to look right again, you have to strip the whole door and re-varnish and finish. It could theoretically cost that much money depending on how much was damaged.
Slap on the wrist with a good stern talkin to. That should set the Biebs straight.
ReplyDelete20k? Was he throwing the homeowners' Fabrege eggs?
ReplyDeleteYou have to remember this is rich folk area of town. Having to revarnish a house of that caliber can cost $20k. If I remember correctly it was some special (expensive) paint job that was ruined.
ReplyDeleteOK, I am not condoning anything that went down, but here is a breakdown of what I've heard. Remember, the local cops were dealing with this asshat constantly, so you have to contextualize all their prior interactions.
ReplyDeleteJB's house was searched because they needed more physical evidence to back up felony vandalism charges. They said they were searching for eggs, shells, photographic documentations, any items with residue (like the skate ramp) etc. While I have no doubt the show of force was a dual serving of you have fucked with us too much mixed with this is what happens when you fuck with us, the cops justified (lol) the raid on several grounds. Namely, this isn't uncommon in high profile cases with really famous people. JB's security team also pose unique threats (ie armed and trained) and so do groups of entitled turds high on drugs. Cops also know the only way to bust them for something was to stun their asses with a full on raid. They WERE right- they did get a drug bust out of it, which they knew would be there. It was in plain sight, as they didn't have time to move it, which the cops were banking on. However, JB's buddy took the fall and copped for three felonies due to possessing MDMA and oxy. Dollars to donuts, they are still trying to get homie to flip on JB and rumors are that he just may....
Sorry, Lil Za was charged with three felonies but took a lesser plea last month
DeleteCalifornia is broke and yet they deem it necessary to waste precious resources on this case. I know he gets away with way too much, however this is not a good use of their money. Whoever okayed the operation should lose their job for stupidity alone.
ReplyDeleteJust deport the piece of shit.
ReplyDeleteWhen is the world going to stop acting shocked that 20yo are a$$holes?
ReplyDeleteKhloe now lives in Beiber's house and Kourtney lives in the long suffering egged neighbors house (or it's the other way around). It was reported that they purchased these homes, but the K-Trash lie to the press all the time (and I only read the headlines to diminish clicking on their articles) so who knows what the truth is. Most likely renting.
ReplyDeleteI'd hate to be in that neighborhood. Beiber, K-Trash, Salina Gomez, who else?? Celebrity ghetto.
