This former A list mostly movie actor who only gets work in a franchise now got into an argument with a staffer at a hotel when our actor tried to bring several strippers back into the hotel with him. Apparently it was not so much that he brought them to the hotel, but that the group was causing a scene in the lobby as they showed off their talents to the actor.

I have dated quite a few guys and not a single one has ever hit me...And yet Halle has had all her men beat her; some so badly she lost her hearing. I'm not saying it couldn't happen but seriously? After a while you'd like to think she wouldn't be choosing bad guys but maybe she is...

ReplyDelete@TTM: David Justice has been in the public eye for 25 years, only blemish on his record is Halle. If Snipes is going to be labeled a woman beater, I would like to hear other instances, besides Halle. From what I see, the pattern of violence follows Halle and not her men.
ReplyDelete@count: that's the only instance that we know of. Who's to say that a less well-known person wouldn't have been too intimidated to speak up? And maybe she chooses aholes but that doesn't mean she is to blame for being beaten FFS.

One dude who beats her a second time. She chooses abusers, no question about it. That doesn't excuse the men who beat her, they don't get a free pass on that. It just means that she's not the only headcase in the relationship.

I never said it is OK to beat her or the guys get a free pass, I said she has some of the responsibility.
