ReplyDeleteSandy - this is actually a great guess. She started on MTV and then made a bunch of those soft porn films that went straight to cable.(see her wiki). She has been on a few tv series but none were big or caught on. Only real thing she has going is a part in Sharknado 2. That being said she was not around in the 80's so it must be someone older.

She once went by Seagull, and in my head that got twisted to her being a Carradine and changing her name, thus the (still wrong but for other reasons) family money reference.
