Blind Item #2

This almost A list mostly television actor from a very hit pay cable show and has dabbled in some really great movies had tons of fans waiting when he arrived at his hotel for a press event. The actor pushed through the fans telling them he didn't have time and then proceeded to sit in the bar for the next hour watching television and drinking.

Well Kristen, I thought it was funny. But not in a Joffrey way...

    5. I don't think that's fair, Kristin. I tried and everything!

  4. I don't think this is awful. Down time is a requirement for most people.

  5. The Lord of TV and wine

  6. Just in case--Michael C. Hall because he has a movie and a new tv show

  7. Maybe they were having some great Happy Hour specials that he didn't want to miss out on.

Kinda like TTM's guess of Sean Bean.

  8. Andrew Lincoln - if you consider Love Actually to be 'dabbling in some really great movies' (which if you are me, you do)

  9. Maybe he didn't wanna miss Judge Wapner. The People's Court. Definitely the People's Court. Kmart sucks.

  10. In situations like this, I just assume that the impatient person needs to go to the bathroom real bad.

    1. depending on what Enties consider pay cable

  15. Pay cable is going to rule out AMC, so no Norman or Andrew Lincoln, thank goodness. I think they are pretty kind to their fans though anyway.

Dinklage works, but I am not feeling it. Feel like it's someone else, but no guess as to who.

  16. Pay cable? As in premium?

  17. William H Macy? (Fargo/Shameless) although I can't see fans lining up for him.

    Woody Harrelson? (True Detective/Cheers/Hunger Games)

  18. Peter was in Nip/Tuck too!!

    2. And some of the LOTRs movies.

  19. Yes Dinklage does work for this but don't think it's him. He wouldn't be doing a press event solo for either X-Men or GOT. Plus in my mind he's a nice guy.

  20. My favorite babe Steve Buscemi

  21. Nikolaj Waldau.

  22. I have no problem with this dude. I'm about 6 hours from getting my drink on as well. Cheers.

  23. Dont know but is that really so wrong? Mb just tired, needed down time. Actors really dont owe us anything, ya know.

  24. I can see where it gets old after awhile. The more I read these blinds, the more pathetic I think their lives are.

  25. Dinklage was in Elf. Case closed. I can't even be mad though - I love that dude's acting prowess and have a total crush on him. Love him.

    ReplyDelete
  26. auntliddy, I agree. Plus this may be an exaggeration - he could have nicely told the fans he couldn't stay to chat and proceeded to the bar where he got some alone time. Hell, I'm not famous and even I need time to myself with a glass of wine and some trash TV.

  27. Elf isn't "some of the greatest movies", and Dinklage is a nice guy with a case RBF.

At any rate, he's in the DM with his RBF, posing with a fan and not looking wasted.

    1. Hey...um...you, click on your current username and it should take you to your blogger profile. In the upper right had corner, there should be an edit button(think it's orange?).

You should be able to edit what is visible to the CDAN hobos there.

Like I tell all users who need this info: if you get confused, ask Bacon Ranch. She changes her username all the time.

  29. Perhaps the guy was really tired.
or maybe he had to meet someone there and they didn't turn up after. We always assume the worst.
Although I have seen guys like Pattinson for example, deal with nutty fans as politely as possible and engage with the younger fans.

  30. Oh well good for him. Sometimes you just want to have a drink and watch some t.v

  34. Federal law says he gets a unpaid 30 and 2 fifteens. They call it lunch, but no one said you have to eat. When I used to work in retail the line was always there and sometimes I walked right past it, just to sit outside. A break is a break, so sorry about your wait :-)

  35. Could it be Cumberbatch? But I don't know shit about American tv, so can't judge what a "very hit pay cable show" is.

    ReplyDelete
  36. @Mia, I don't think so - you can get Sherlock on Netflix (which is, in E world, "almost TV"), though BBC is part of many pay cable packages.
