ReplyDeleteI thought the same thing about Pirtman's dog being a cheater with Pirtman. I think the couple lived together, obviously Portman knew and did the dirty dog anyway.
Sorry to say that since that happened I don't see her appeal any longer. And, to me, she's looked really different since then, motherhood? I know some have a harder time than others. But I also wonder how happy she is in her coupling. A bad relationship often shows on people's faces. IMHO

No hangover here. Took it slow and had a good dinner tucked in there. Hit the hay at 10 and slept til 7. Things are good here. Just shaking the usual sleepies. Enjoying my morning jazz. Fats Waller's birthday today so getting lovely music from that era. The best. Morning all!

I agree, "Leon" is a great film. The best Portman has ever done or will ever do.
I love "Where The Heart Is"...Farney Foreva!!! & "The Professional" another alltime Favs (wanted her to team up with Nikita!!! )
ReplyDeletePortman is a strong actress in whatever role she plays. She has a knack of getting you to care about her character. The Professional is just utter perfection. She was perfect for that role.

i first saw natalie portman in beautiful girls when she was 14 with uma thirman and matt dillon and knew she was going to be a huge star.. it was her 2nd film. she was awesome
