So I'm Guessing Jay-Z Cheated Again
Beyonce doesn't seem to care that Jay-Z cheats on her all the time, but Solange must be sick of it. Either that or Jay-Z didn't give her a monthly allowance last month. Solange goes off on Jay-Z in an elevator after the Met Gala. Bodyguards had to pull her off of him and when they left the party, Jay-Z went one way while Beyonce and Solange went another. At one point Jay came really close to hitting Solange. Since she wasn't trying to hit him at that time, she must have said something really good. Beyonce acts like this has happened before. Both Rihanna and Rita Ora were there. It is not like they have never. What I want to know is which one set off Solange that night.

When she gets pulled off of him he does do this half lunge thing and stops himself.also the video of them walking to the car is telling. Solange doesn't look drunk, she's walking fine. DeleteI see a longer version has emerged showing that Beyoncé did try to intervene. Good for her but she didn't have to. Also, I noticed comments about Beyoncé's marriage. A fight with her sister and husband has nothing to do with her marriage. The fight was between Jay Z and Solange, not them + Beyoncé. It doesn't make Beyoncé look bad at all. I think some people (not just on here) need to get lives and stop hating someone who has never done anything to them. They won't be the first or last family to have a fight.

She is mad as hell, was quite amusing her last ditch attempt at the end when she goes back in for more. I also find beyonces reaction strange. Just standing there basically doing nothing, whilst her sister tries to beat the hell out her husband. It looks like it's between him and her and not Beyoncé. The creepiest thing about this vid is Bey not responding AT ALL. When the fight begins she stands there like some kind of robot, adjusts her sister dress (which is wrapped around security's leg) and tries to talk to her once. And she turns to Jay and talks to him. That's it. No physical HOLY SHIT, wtf is going on- reaction. I would at least flinch or do something else to intervene.

ReplyDeleteOh, just WOW... I just saw the related BI reveal on BG, too, about their Super Bowl brawl... I worked the Super Bowl halftime show, & had no idea all that went down in the green room. Years of seeing the realities behind the manufactured public images - yet this makes me a little sad. I have to say that Beyonce was actually kind and friendly to everyone during rehearsals, an incredibly perfectionistic, driven hard worker (she scrapped the whole original opening at the last dress rehearsal, & stood firm while directors and producers were having all sorts of nervous breakdowns around her.). Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams in particular, were really friendly. Man, what a bummer these reveals have been. Never liked Jay-Z. Second the opinions that ask how the hell a pimping drug dealer thug racist goes on to become a mogul. He only showed up at the first rehearsal, & my immediate vibe on him was that he's a total ass.

DeleteIt was only a short time ago when a blonde Belgian woman came forward to say she had been hooking up w/ Jay Z. Now this. It's clear their marriage is trouble. Do they even live together? I'm disappointed Beyonce is putting up with it. That's no kind of life Beyonce. Get a divorce and then find a monagamous man who will love you and care for you and not just when the cameras are rolling.
ReplyDeleteThere have been rumors for years that Solange is bipolar... She may have had good reasons behind the outburst and I don't doubt BG's reveal, but having a close relative who is bipolar I know when they're pissed they don't give a flying fuck about where they're at and will go off.
ReplyDeleteThink about it... no matter how ghetto you are, you hold your shit back until you go off on someone. 5 minutes before facing a crowd of cameras leads me to wonder if Solange's poor judgment on the timing is related to her "alleged" bipolar condition. Girlfriend always seems angry to me and has expressed her feelings about everyone being against her, which is also a thought process that is very common in bipolar disorders.

Solange doesn't look drunk at all; plenty of opportunity to be stumbling around, but her lunges and attacks all seem fairly deft. Mad as hell - ohh yeah. Whatever she's on about, she really means business. Gossip friends say Solange is the nice, talented, and interesting one. And that JayZ is a pratt.
ReplyDeleteIn conclusion, it seems likely Solange has the moral highground (which may be why Beyonce doesn't intervene). The hitting isn't good, but she does have the mitigating circumstance that it *is* JayZ.

ReplyDelete@sherry it's not uncommon to see women stand up to guys on the streets. no fear. they're as down as guys are, even if they would get hurt - if you're going down you're going to take them with you. I've seen girls in H-town who you had to call family or others to get because they're about to hurt the guy and/or get themselves hurt or copped.
ReplyDeletei will confess to having been in a situation where - and righteous anger can make you blind - where i've jumped off on a guy in public for continuously humiliating a childhood friend that never defended herself. i was her defense. he said something foul, and i reached out and grabbed him and threatened his life if he ever spoke to her like that again and i was aware. who in the (*&^ did he think he was...and more so, who did he think I was? Some low-esteem b*&(^ who would take that? He was 'sadly mistaken.'
later, i had to ask, 'who was the girl spitting soup, cursing, and spinning her head like that.' ;) sometimes, it just comes out.
S. just looked like those situations from H-town. The one where you need to 'grab your friend' because they're about to get into trouble.

Beyonce's reaction was strange. I can totally see maybe she doesn't want to get involved in a brawl, but she literally doesn't flinch. You think at least initially she might look at least startled that her sister is assaulting my husband and try to calm her down, even if it's went down before. If she turned on me then I'd back off and let the bodyguards handle it.

ReplyDeleteNone of us know what set Solange off since there is no sound provided. Most surveillance cameras are video only so that's not a surprise.
It looked to me as if the body guard was slightly caught off guard by Solange's outburst hence the awkward way he grabbed and held her.
IF the rumors are true about Solange having a mental illness then Beyonce and Jay-z did the right thing by not reacting. Jay made himself small if that makes sense and only moved to protect the family jewels but didn't move towards Solange in any way. Beyonce moved in front of her husband after the kicks started but otherwise did the same thing her husband did and stayed out of her sister's way.
I also disagree about Solange looking okay. Close ups of her face at the Met Gala are weird. She looks off and I said it that night. She's been wearing a big natural and all of a sudden she's in this really strange (and cheap looking) wig. She's normally fashionable but that dress, as someone said, was at least two sizes too big.
Security did steer Sean away from the limo with Beyonce and Solange and he went without showing any emotion yea or nay. He was also holding his right jaw/face when they were coming out of the hotel.
I hope TMZ paid the person who leaked this video well because he or she should be out of Dodge by now. The world of hotel security is small and I'm sure it won't be hard to find out who leaked it. That statement by The Standard is amazing corporate speak.
And how soon will PMK stage her own elevator event? I bet she is PISSED she didn't think of this.

There is some anger accumulating in their perfect royal world obviously, as beyonce was already very straight face at the arrival on red carpet already.
I dont think it has anything to do with cheating. Solange has been hitting the drug circuit hard. Crack is whack! Makes you crazy and Solange is clearly out of her mind.

If you're going off on the guy and you realize that you're more mad than the chick is, you say something to the chick. That didn't seem to happen. Nor was there anything that I saw where solo made any gestures in bey's direction. I think this was some jayz solo mess and clearly it's happened before.
