Remember Kayla Goldberg?
Remember when Kris Humphries hooked up with Kayla Goldberg? Yeah, I forgot about her too. Don't get her confused with Myla Sinanaj, who is the one who looks like Kim Kardashian and who made the sex tape that I don't think anyone actually bought. Kayla is the woman who sued Kris Humphries after the pair had sex. Kayla says Kris gave her herpes. Is it coming back to you now? According to Radar, Kayla wants Kris tested for herpes. Apparently, despite his denials that he doesn't have herpes, Kris has never actually been tested for herpes and Kayla wants him tested. So far Kris has refused. You would think he would just go ahead and do it and get it over with so he could get the lawsuit tossed. By him not doing it he is just dragging this out and leading people to speculate that he actually does have herpes. My next question is to Kayla. This was a one night stand. How come you didn't use protection?
Why does the media keep comparing brunettes to K-Krap? K-Krap doesn't even look like K-Krap anymore. She had changed her face so many times, she is just a typical LA plastic freak clone.
ReplyDeleteIf he tests positive, how does that prove he gave it to her vs she gave it to him?
ReplyDeleteYou can get herpes even if you use protection. Same with genital wart.
ReplyDeleteSTDs are fun aren't they? /end sarcasm
What right minded person on this day and age doesn't make sure they're protected? Oh that's right. A money grabber who thinks they'll get a story and money out of it. She's beyond thick.
ReplyDeleteShe was hoping to get preggers so she wouldn't have to work for the next 18 years.
ReplyDeleteThey may have used protection. Condoms do not prevent herpes or HPV. Risky behavior sleeping around with people you don't know are STD free. HPV is an especially tough one. I have a few friends who got it because the guy showed zero symptoms. They were in long-term relationships with guys who cheated and brought it into their bedrooms.
ReplyDelete"Do you remember Kayla Goldberg?"
ReplyDeleteNo enty, I do not. Enlighten me...
Oh wait she's the scientist that discovered a cure for cancer amirite?
Kris probably got tested at one of those Any Lab Test shopping center places under a fictioous name - probably 'Robert Kardasian' - tested positive for HerPes Type 1 because he gets fever blisters on his lips, and freaked the fuck out because he's too dumb to know the difference.
ReplyDelete@sifichick and @deree
ReplyDeleteI wanted to comment just the same. don't play the smarty one, Enty, you know nothing. herpes can be transmitted, even if you touch your genitals, and then touch the genitals of your parner. how do you use protection then? have sex in gloves? or go rush to the toilet and wash your hands/everything all the time during sex? or have sex without touching each other, just bump genitals in condom..? (now I would watch that...!)
I'm sure he caught it from a certain passed around ex-wifey of his.
ReplyDeleteThe bottom line is, if you're CHOSING not to use protection you are taking on any and all risks that come along with that behavior-how can one "blame" their former sexual partner(s)-legally or otherwise-for their own fate? Now, is it possible for someone to contract an STD while using a condom properly? (Properly being the key word.) Sure but it's not at all likely. As a few other posters have pointed out, yes you very much still can contract genital worts or herpes from someone who has it while using condoms but! said person must have a visual sore/active flare up in order for it to touch their partner's skin to allow the transmission. (And why would you ever go there if that's the case?) There are plenty of people out there in the world who have either disease and maintain very safe & healthy sex lives without passing it on to others as long as they manage their flare ups with medication (in the case of herpes) and carefully use protection every.single.time. Soooooomething tells me that wasn't the case for either party involved here. This girl and people like her are morons. Being irresponsible and then suing the other party when that incredibly risky behavior doesn't turn out favorably is a continued deflection of self-responsiblity and the courts should stay away from it entirely. (The fact is this girl would have probably continued having unprotected sex with relative strangers had she not contracted a disease thus continuing to be a huge part of the problem. The whole thing is ridiculous!)
ReplyDeleteExactly Bacon Ranch, she can't prove he had the herp when they had sex. Even if she could prove she had sex with no one else until she was diagnosed with same.
ReplyDeleteI still think however there should be a duty to disclose truthfully if asked, though you are still stupid not to always insist on protection but it should be a criminal offence if you are caught lying because as noted some diseases even with protection can be transmitted so all parties should be informed as to their risks, even if high or drunk.
LoMo the body condom I tell ya the person who invents it will make a lot of money esp if they can make it kinky and safe and easy to use at the same time. Might be cost prohibitive though.
ReplyDeleteI think it is already a criminal offence to knowingly pass on STDs and not disclosing it to all your partners or for example the Health Unit in London ON issued an court order vs that guy Sseyonga who had AIDS to refrain from having any sexual contact with women after getting complaints from women that he has passed AIDS onto and then he was charged under the Criminal Code when he refused to obey the order. Can't remember if he was in jail or in some kind of confinement, he should have been.
ReplyDeleteHe died before they could convict him and I think at least 6 of the women he slept with died.
Apparently he blamed a woman gave him the disease, so if he was going to die he was taken some of the female species with him. This was the early days of the disease.
And some of the women insisted he wear a condom but he deliberately pulled off the condom at the last moment and the women did not realize it until it was too late. I have to say if that doesn't put you off having sex with randoms....

ReplyDeleteI'm sure she wishes she did...everyone's human, not gonna lie, if i had one night with him, i might have thrown caution to the wind as well
ReplyDeleteYuck! No protection on a one night stand is super gross!!!! You dont know where that pecker has been ladies. Carry a condom in your wallet always.
ReplyDeleteMy doctor told me that unless you have an active outbreak, there is no reliable test because so many people carry one form of the virus or another, you can't really reliably tell if they have the STD from any blood test.
ReplyDeleteI dunno. That's just what I've been told. ALSO - I've gotten STD tests for clients to prove that they don't have herpes but been pretty sure they DID have it, despite the negative test.
But what do I know? Not a doctor. Wouldn't want to take a test that could open me up to liability unless I was absolutely sure it was accurate. I do know that because while I'm not a doctor, I am a lawyer.
Ladies can transmit herpes when they are externally asymptomatic. You can have a sore inside your vagina or on your cervix and not know it and transmit it to your partner's fingers, mouth, or penis very easily. This is why women with herpes must use barrier protection for all sex acts at ALL times. Unfortunately, most women don't know this (and I only know it because my University women's center did a great health presentation one night years ago).
ReplyDeleteThese idiotic sexual adventurers deserve whatever they get. Including the herp. ( I'm meaning sex players who don't use protection)
ReplyDeleteI guess I DON'T remember her since I feel this is the first I've heard of her. Her ploy is memorable. Her name and face not ate not.
