Jim parsons and Taylor Kitsch were at a premiere last night but no one noticed because

Angelina Jolie was there.
Well, her makeup anyway. Love that HD stuff. makes you look like you took a bath in cocaine.
Brad Pitt went for linen.
Julia Roberts went for the open bar.
And Liv Tyler walked all the way home.

    Re: AngieJo, sorry to be ignorant, but what, exactly, is HD powder? Is she actually getting out of the car looking like that, or is it something about the photographs that is causing her to appear that way?

    How come J-Law is never tripping and falling on set with all those bows and arrows etc? If she can handle all that stuff how does she always seem to play klutzy at the awards and premieres constantly. Is that her shtick? Cause I could think of better ones...

    HD finishing powder is supposed to mattify skin while setting the foundation and smooth out imperfections. If you don't blend it out, you can end up with something like the Angelina mishap, though her case is pretty extreme, makeup is done differently for that kind of lighting + flash from a hundred cameras. Not a makeup artist, I just like playing with new beauty products.

    Also, +1 more point toward Enty being a young woman.

    HD powder is usually white/"colorless" loose powder that gets brushed on/smoothed on w/a powder puff, depending on your particular application style. I've got a container from e.l.f. makeup for $3, and it's great for calming down too much shine from wearing titanium & zinc oxide sunscreens.

    Anyway, I'm 99.99% sure that's powder and not cocaine; you can see it all over her chest as well as smeared on her face. Either Angie was doing her own makeup in the limo on the way over, or she needs to have a serious talk w/her makeup artist...

    HD makeup is the pits if you are caught in HD flash. I don't understand why anyone likely to be in a flash photo would consider using it.

    I was at a family reunion almost ten years ago, when this product was fairly new. I looked normal in person but in the flash photos I looked as though I was wearing geisha make-up. My dear sister - she hates me - was not there, but took the time to email me from Oz to say, quote, why, you look positively *glowing* in all the photos.

    And I did.

    I read HD makes your face look luminous and looks fine normally but flash cameras bring it out if applied too heavy. You'd think pro make up artists would be aware because it's happened to other stars. Altho Angie probably puts her own on.

    I don't think Jennifer's tripping is a shtick she strikes me as clumsy in heels, still not used to being all styled. She may trip elsewhere too but has no cameras catching it unlike a premiere.

    Thanks for that explanation, Pip Squeak. Makes a lot of sense. Just can't imagine a makeup person letting Angie or any client walk out the door looking anything but perfect. But maybe some of these makeup people need to get educated about HD makeup.

    One of Jennifer's big problems is walking in heels. She HATES them! Unfortunately all the dresses they keep styling her in she has to wear these super high heels that cause her to trip all over herself. She had rather wear flats if she could. When you see her any other time you won't see her in heels.

    Any foundation with too much titanium dioxide will do something similar. I matched it perfectly to my skin but in anything with a flash I looked like a gesisha. Oh dear..

    I'm pretty sure AJ's makeup artist was fired today. Unfortunately, you can't see the powder residue until the flash hits it, but any makeup artist these days should know better. Not a fan, but she looked beautiful in spite of that mess.

    HD Makeup does not look like that to the bare eye. It looks like that under a high photon flash.

    Can't believe I'm the first to say this, cause I've been holdin the torch for Angie, despite her physical appearance, forever. But if that make up is to hide sweat then this is the first sign I have that she did do it herself, in the car, to hide otherwise obvious signs of drug abuse.

    As a sweaty person (sometimes caused by substances) that stood out to me like a huge red flag.
