Katharine McPhee Files For Divorce

You would think that Katharine McPhee's husband would have been doing the filing of divorce papers after his wife got caught publicly cheating on him. But, like the other times she cheated, he really didn't care. So, Katharine decided to file for divorce. Apparently unable to convince him to file for divorce, Katharine took it upon herself. She probably is worried there are going to be photos of her with another guy and doesn't want to have her cheating label reinforced, so better to make a break now and she can do whatever she wants. I love how Katharine's rep has tried to expand the time the couple has been separated. Not so much for earnings, but to make it look like Katharine and Nick were split when she cheated. you can spin it however you want, but she was married and he was married. Now, neither of them are.
