Dean McDermott Did Coke While Son Was At Home

There has been debate about why Dean McDermott checked himself into rehab. He implied it was for sex addiction, but when he checked himself in, his ex-wife said he had a lot of demons. Radar managed to find out about some of those demons by getting their hands on a court filing from his ex that she filed back after she filed for divorce. In the pleading she says,

 “In March 1999, I went to my parents for a family gathering with Jack. Dean missed the gathering because he didn’t feel well. During the course of the event, Dean McDermott walked into the living room, threw a bag of cocaine on the table and said, ‘I have a cocaine problem .’”

“[Dean] started crying uncontrollably and was shaking and said that he should go to the emergency room,” she claimed. “I was able to calm Dean McDermott down. Dean McDermott told me he had used cocaine when he was in the house alone with Jack.”

“I called a friend who had a cocaine addiction, who helped Dean McDermott get into a support group,” she continued. “Dean McDermott committed to the support group and controlling his addiction to cocaine … for a while.”

She said that he continued to use cocaine and self-medicate throughout their marriage and was extremely violent too. Sounds like a real winner of a guy. I wonder if he has been using coke or self-medicating during the marriage to Tori. Did she also use?
