#2- This offspring of a former A+ list mostly movie actress is hiding her drug use and bulimia again.

Did they ever find Olivia's bf? The one swept away to sea?
She's had it rough. Now she can look forward to the Fox live Grease special.

  8. Nice job, kday, i didn't even know who this person was....

  9. She's A list but "mostly movie actress"? Olivia Newton-John was for the most part a singer who acted in a few movies. Singing was her main job.

    1. hothotheat- at least Enty didn't say Academy Award nom/winning actress- that would have really thrown us off.

  10. Hey - you have to get in the news somehow!!! She doesn't want to live off her mom's name forever. Will this get her a reality show? Good move.

  12. UGH! Them lips look like she has a baboon's ass on her face. (I forget who I ripped that joke off of.)

In other news, it is said Brad Pitt is down to trying to work out the scheduling to star in the next season of True Detective.

  15. I guess Entie's exercise last month about explaining ratings hasn't really helped much. I will say we didn't discuss who would get the Academy Award nominatee/winner description. I think most of us didn't think we would need to but apparently Enty needs to explain how he comes up with that as a celeb descriptor because we don't appear to be on the same page(Michael Sheen.)

  16. I just took a look at some pics of her--fug and skinny and she had some facework too.

  17. For all the Canadian readers---she reminds me of Mia Claman (Jodys daughter) from Real Housewives of Vancouver.

  18. @Bacon- I think that boyfriend surfaced a few years ago in Mexico, if I'm not mistaken.

  19. Thanks Candyland, I thought I heard something along those lines. Almost like he saw his chance to get away from her and when he found out he was presumed dead, well hell. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

    1. @bacon He was getting away from bad business dealings and an ex wife. I think ONJ was the least of his problems.

  22. Since when would ONJ be described as a former A+ list movie actress? Singer/actress yes. But just actress? No.

  23. @Sandybrook - "Sandy" was the name of the character Olivia played in Grease.

  25. Had to google her, she looks horrible. She's definitely doesn't look like she has a heslthy lifestyle.

  26. Poor Chloe. Head like a dropped pie. She needs a vegemite sandwich and rehab

  27. I feel bad for her too. She has odd looks, and that she doesnt feel comfortable in her own skin is very obvious. I wish her well.

  28. Poor kid, hope she can overcome these issues again.

  29. Didn't someone guess ONJ's daughter? And yeah, 'scuse me but no WAY would anyone really consider Olivia a mostly movie actress. I guess a clock is right two times a day huh?

Well I'll say it..I think someone is back in a new incarnation. Keeping my eyes open to the style.

  30. On my planet, Olivia Newton-John is A+++. (Of course, my planet is Mars, that's where the Zeeky-Causers are.)

Chloe reminds me of Overly-Attached Girlfriend, a meme that began as a parody of a Justin Bieber song.

  31. According to Enty's explained rating system, ONJ would be an 'Entertainer (singer/actress),' wouldn't she?

Because she is very famous but does a lot of non-singing/acting related things.

Sigh, I'm still waiting for my Amber Tamblyn-signed Ratings Handbook. I donated but it never came :(

  32. If Chloe had been raised in Australia, I'd imagine she'd be a completely different kid/adult. Her generation's been shaped by the Malibu culture of therapy, being defined by her "issues" and wearing those addictions and disorders on her sleeve like some kind of badge of honour.

Even as a child Chloe had a fake precociousness about her that confused Australians. Now she can't function in adult life.. Proof that even with a very down-to-earth, normal mother like Olivia, her daughter's been hijacked by her environment. Baby-boomers really dropped the ball with this style of parenting.

  33. Hi Liddy,

I've never heard that people saying that 'Boomers raised crummy kids was a thing (?). Sort of shocked to realise ONJ is 65 (Hello, Google!), and thus really *is* a 'Boomer!

Mainly I hear about GenY being entitled (which I don't think is true). What I have also heard is that the current crop of kids - 'millennials' I guess - are terrors (although I find them generally good and quite interesting). So I guess that the proxy criticism I've heard is that 'Boomers raise lousy parents.

Generally I believe there are prats born into every generation. Like vampire slayers.
