This celebrity has been around for a long time. She has always tried to act like she is a goody goody and despite her divaness the goody goody part of her has never really been questioned. It turns out though that she can be a very very bad person and a celebrity she was previously involved with has filmed a documentary which highlights everything the diva did with him. Did I tell you the diva is A+? She is. This would rock her little kingdom to the bones. The documentary has footage of our diva snorting lines of coke off the celebrity and just about everywhere else. It has multiple sex scenes with the celebrity and the diva is a big freak in bed, which is not how she likes to be thought of as all. There are phone recordings of her begging for more drugs and other recordings where she talks about how wasted she is and the sex acts she wants to perform on the celebrity. The diva is aware of the documentary, but knows she can't actually stop it from being released if the celebrity chooses. This will be revealed.

ReplyDeleteMariah has struggled with mental illness, and much of her behaviour could be ascribed to her trying to self-medicate her psychiatric condition.
So... she filmed a documentary (for which she presumably signed releases, was aware was being shot, etc) that would "rock her little kingdom to the bones" if it were released? Did she think she was filming a documentary that was going to remain secret? Something very weird about this item.

DeleteIts no secret he doesn't have a high opinion of her. And I never really looked at her as a goody goody just by looking at her sexy photo shoots when she was young. Forget the other stuff we knew in time.

DeleteAddendum: okay, I suppose if she were self-medicating and not aware it was being filmed (thanks @Nutty_Flavor), that's something else altogether, but then could it be (legally) released?

ReplyDeleteyes, this is probably the fuel for their little tiff they had a while back. i guess he wanted some sort of acknowledgement and she didn't want to admit being involved with him, so she dissed him and made him look like he was chasing her.
I don't quite believe this -- it sounds more like she's kinda freaky/needy and he's threatening her with releasing videos, whatever or sampling the phone recordings. He's just being a dick, I bet he's not releasing anything.
ReplyDeleteProbably all true, but Em needs to let it go. Didn't he release answering machine messages a few years ago? It makes him look worse than her, because in spite of this blind, it's not much of a secret. I think Derek Jeter referred to her as "messy flesh" after he dumped her.
ReplyDelete@T.E. - After Louis Migueal dumped she pretty much had a melt down, she stripped when she did an episode of Total Request Live, back with Carson Daily used to still be on MTV. I doubtful it's actually mental issues, I think it's what her management claimed.

ReplyDeleteAs for Mariah, I never, ever thought she was a goody goody, I've always thought she was a bit off. Not sure if it was Mottola that pushed her over the edge or what, but the breast implants, the surgery, the ever skimpier clothing, all the stuff she did in the 90's just made me wonder. She had such an awesome voice, but she always came off as so insecure and so desperate. And this new album with soooo much photoshopping. I really liked the artist in the Vision of Love video, I think that person is long gone.
She made claims in the past about not drinking alcohol at all and being able to count her boyfriends on one hand. I recall the feud w Em well.

I studied poetry in university back in the day when people would do that kinda waste of $ thing and his verse was really formally skillful. I believe that blind about his collaborator dying and leaving him w/o the skills to carry on. What I hear of him now is so recycled.

Mariah is the epitome of "Diva" - and a wonderful talent during her time and subsisting throughout the decades. She has an amazing chord/singing range; she continues to produce relevant material in step with the times (up until recently - but she's close to Babs/DRoss level, so we can forgive her for any recent dalliances), and most/all races relate to her. She is almost above reproach.
ReplyDeleteShe married early to a major record exec to solidify her talent. No harm, no foul with that, and she divorced when her talent and his need for control eclipsed her brand. Again, justified.
She had a wild phase and who could blame her (dude, she started out at 18 with an enormous voice and was manipulated/conrol). Who could blame her for branching out at some point, we all need to experiment and be wild.
When you look at her "antics," she is way up on the DL for her acting-up years (see, also: Rhianna). I don't think she should be demonized for this phase. She was very controlled in the Tommy Mottolla days.
We all know she def married whats-his-name for baby material and to legitimize her status as a diva. She's still awesome, even though she's had surgery/lipo to make her look great. She deserves the diva status - girl can sing!!
That's my take. Written because i've always loved Mariah and her voice/register is the shit. GIRL HAS PIPES, and has from the beginning. Haven't always appreciated all her material, but always have recognized her amazing voice. Period.

@Kassandra I agree with you. I'm not a huge Mariah fan, but definitely appreciate her talent and have really loved some of her songs. I self-medicate too...it's aiiight.

Amazed that there is a school out there where the students gnashed their teeth because the music teacher favoured another.

ReplyDeleteBut in a cruel twist, the music teacher was secretly blind, and couldn't see their passion. So Mariah kept lording the music teachers approbation over her fellow students.
I kind of believe this. He's too hurt. And she's too cold...to imply he stalked her. That is messed up. Who knows what the truth is. He is unpredictable so him saying that about one time means nothing. The thing is I don't get what it is about her that would make someone so crazy. She doesn't even seem one dimensional, it's more like one half dimensional. She was so much more interesting in the beginning of her career. If she has any depth at all to her personality she sure is good at hiding it.
