DeleteReason being he owes tons in back taxes and child support, has 2 kids from 2 different women and alimony from 1 ex-wife PLUS he just filed for bankruptcy.

DeleteChild support is non dischargeable in bankruptcy and still accrues interest at 10% per year. He's in a world of hurt. Olus if he actually gets a paid part, the ex can attach his wages in certain circumstances even through bankruptcy.
