Blind Item #5
This B- list mostly movie actress has not filmed much of anything in the past year, on television or in the movies. She could easily be a C lister if her side project doesn't get moved to mainstream. One of her issues is bad publicity. The other issue is that this minor player in a huge franchise faces is her pill use which was evident this past week as she was spotted popping pills and chasing it down with booze at a movie screening. Needs rehab and a Kneepads cover to restart her once promising career.
Lily Rabe dropped out of Mockingjay halfway through filming. I know little else about her.
ReplyDeleteOr Natalie Dormer?
DeleteNeeds more commas...
ReplyDeleteHeather Graham (Hangover) at any premieres this weekend?
ReplyDeleteDoes Ashley Greene have a side project? She seems to be up to nothing of note.
ReplyDeletetoo many up to nothing and on pills to choose. can someone please narrow it down?
ReplyDeleteHeather Graham has an arc on Californication this season.
ReplyDeleteHeather Graham has held it together for 2 decades, I doubt it is her.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't Elizabeth Banks, but it reminded me how much I like her. I'll probably go see her new movie, which is apparently a dud
ReplyDeleteHow about Nikki Reed? (Her side project being her album w/the ex-husband.)
ReplyDeleteSeems like enty has been referring to 'side projects' a lot lately. Not exactly sure what they are....
ReplyDeleteashley greene.
ReplyDeletenikki just filmed intramurals and its going through the festival circuit.
Can someone please explain the appeal of "pill popping" to me? Whenever I hear stories about people-famous or otherwise-who have pill addictions it just totally leaves me scratching my head. I've had a few operations in my life and all the post-surgery pain killers (no matter what kind) did was make me fall asleep! Every.Single.Time. Not appealing at all. This is not to suggest that I would ever abuse or condone the abuse of drugs anyway, but I honestly don't even know how anyone get's a high/likes feeling this way.
ReplyDeleteLike every substance people use that they enjoy, from coffee to sugary foods to cigs to alcohol to crystal meth, we all have things that make us feel good or give us a type of euphoric feeling. While you don't feel that way about pills, (assuming you are focusing on pain pills), for others it is quite a great feeling. Do you enjoy alcohol or marijuana, perhaps? Same thing.
Deletesome folks get their highs naturally, thru sports or exercise...
pills can be fun!
ReplyDelete@ PJ I totally agree! Same here as far as I've been on all kinds for different surgeries & never understand why take them recreationally? I don't get it nor did I ever get " high"
ReplyDeleteThey just make me sleepy so can't imagine w alcohol?
PJ..Like Ritalin (which is a stimulant) makes hyperactive kids calmer, some meds have the opposite affect on others.
ReplyDeletePJ me too. either they make me throw up or i fall asleep. i have a weird nontolerance for meds
ReplyDeleteI hate pain mess because I do not want to end like those people on rehab, waking up in a pool of my own filth , filthy in a filthy room with losers I don't even know. No. Thank. You.
ReplyDeletePJ - I've never gotten that either. They either mostly make me fall asleep or puke - I've never gotten a buzz from pills, even the Valium I took to be able to go to the dentist. Took 3 at once and it just let me not be terrified enough where I could walk in the front door!
ReplyDeleteWow very judgey, auntliddy.
ReplyDeleteIf there is an illicit drug that can be enjoyed then there likely is a pill that acts much the same way. Morphine and Heroin are almost identical and Morphine and Methadone are even more similar. For some people, snorting ADD meds are even better then meth or cocaine. Valium and others affect the brain the same way alcohol does thus reducing inhibition and making one feel loose and sociable. If you don't react well to these meds then you probably wouldn't enjoy the classic hard drugs either since it's all, basically the same thing: uppers, downers, and opiates.
ReplyDeleteAunt Liddy, many ppl take pills for decades without ending up in rehab, or "pools of their own filth." I have been, and have known, many long term, fully functional addicts, to all kinds of substances.
ReplyDeleteI don't know who this is, maybe Ashley Greene, but I thought I heard she had several things upcoming.
Meant zero offense. I'm strictly referring to fear for myself, certainly not judging anyone else.
