Blind Item #2
The real story of the band that just announced a bunch of shows being canceled because of illness is that the second biggest member of the group is a strung out mess who needs rehab. The band just can't decide whether to wait him out or hire someone to replace him for a while like they did the other night at that big gig that shouldn't be.
It never really is illness is it.
ReplyDeletedid 30 seconds to Mars cancel shows?
ReplyDeleteMuse
ReplyDeleteAllman Brothers cancelled shows recently hmmmm
ReplyDelete@ladyheisenberg I was gonna say the same. They've cancelled quite a few here lately due to Gregg's issues, whatever they may be
DeleteMy show was cancelled and they haven't announced a make up date yet. However a) can't replace Gregg allman. His name is the band. B) with butch trucks leaving the band is pretty much breaking up anyways. C) it's freakin Allmans - no such thin as too much drugs in jam and southern rock!
DeleteThat just sounds like rock stars being rock stars. I'm always more surprised when one isn't strung out on something
ReplyDeleteIts some group that did the I <3 Radio show the other night. Not Allmans.
ReplyDeletei don"t follow modern rock enough to know. will wait for your guesses
ReplyDeleteAC/DC & Counting Crows also cancelled recently
ReplyDeletehas Aerosmith reunited? Not Steven Tyler but his right hand man---whats his face...
ReplyDeleteIs 1D's management finally forcing Louis into rehab? That poor kid looks so strung out. :(
ReplyDeleteThe Monica Keenas
ReplyDeleteProbably 30stm. They just rescheduled a bunch of shows & Shannon has a history of drug abuse. Jared & Tomo performed at the IheartRadio awards in a stripped down performance without him. I highly doubt they'd replace him, though. Jared hates performing without his brother.
ReplyDeleteYeah Malcolm Young is "sick" but given AC/DC replaced their original singer within 6 months of his death, Malcolm should understand the lack of sentimentality with this band.
ReplyDeleteSTEVIE YOUNG SPOTTED WITH AC/DC IN VANCOUVER?> May 2, 2014
Though you'd think AC/DC hardly needs the money...
ReplyDeleteAll of them. I'm going with 1D though.
ReplyDeleteWould any AC/DC fan get so pissed off if a band member said he is a junkie that they had to lie about his health? Not me, obviously.
ReplyDeleteThis has to be some kid crap group.
AC/DC had no planned gigs. Malcolm Young had a stroke a few months ago.
ReplyDeleteIt's, as others have pointed it out, 30s To Mars.
Exactly, AC/DC hasn't cancelled anything because they had nothing scheduled. Most of the band is in Canada now and will start fiddling around in the studio this week. And they did not perform at the I heart Radio awards, which are a joke and should not exist.
ReplyDeleteAdd my vote for 30 seconds to mars.
30 second to mars, Shannon is a junkie....
ReplyDelete@sandy is on a roll again! Def 30 seconds to mars. The shambolic event Enty is referring to IS I heart radio. 30 seconds to mars just postponed several gigs to later this year due to a "private medical issue." Ding ding ding!
ReplyDeleteHuh. Go figure. I didn't realize anybody actually went to see 30 seconds to Mars in concert.
ReplyDeleteAw, I hope this isn't 30STM. I love both of the brothers, especially Shannon. He's reportedly very nice.
ReplyDeleteCan't be easy being Jared Leto's brother.
Arcade Fire - They had to perform with 23 musicians rather than the usual 24.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely not AC/DC. Young isn't taking time off because of illness, he's pretty much retiring because of cancer. That's not an issue of canceled shows, that's an issue of a potentially canceled band.
ReplyDeleteI bet it's 30STM and I believe it. I've noticed Shannon's behavior for months now. He's been twitchy and I've worked in drug rehab so I know the behavior when I see it. I hope he gets his act together. I'm a little surprised in a way only because he and Jared fought really bad last tour because of Shannon's drinking. That's why there ended up being 2 separate buses."Editing bus" ha ha ha!
