What a stupid question. Sex isn't an obligation. Date 1 or 100, it depends on the person. Just because some goof takes you out and you have fun with them a few times doesn't mean it's drop yer pants time.
if you are going to cite "studies," please don't use ones administered by private sector dating websites that are published in the DM. Especially when hundreds of scholars have spent their careers studying exactly this kind of thing, why not cite those? Done griping on this, gender politics and slut shaming discourses, have at it. There shouldn't be an "ideal date" for sex. Whenever both parties are on the same page, that is when it should occur. I actually think women don't do themselves any favors creating arbitrary benchmarks for when things should take place. If I were a guy, I would see that as "playing games" and it would be a turn-off. That's just me.

When I was single in mid-2000s, I was amazed that guys expected sex within 5 dates. Can we get to know each other first?? Nothing wrong with having sex sooner if both consent, but nothing wrong if someone needs more time either.
