After binge watching the entire season of Face Off in one night, I am shocked with what they can do in three days. Incredible talent that I will never have.
Boy, that "Face Off" movie is just as stupid as I thought it was. I loves me some Johnny T as an actor but cannot stand Cage. He's such a bad actor IMHO.
Agree Sherry - the Face Off movie is completely idiotic. The premise makes the kind of sense that isn't - so to me, the hamtastic acting comes a ways down the list from 'entirely laughable setup.'
Never saw Face Off but currently watching Six Feet Under. The work impacts me differently watching it all at once as opposed to an episode every week. Gives me a better appreciation of everything that goes into a series, like character development and set design. Sometimes it seems so effortless, including the acting. Reality seems to be that so many small things have received much thought. It's incredible it doesn't take more time.
Loooove Face Off! I stumbled onto it by accident one day and I was so impressed by the work they do. I'd give my pinky toes for even an ounce of the creativity these people have. I wish I could get each of the series on DVD in Australia so I could binge watch.
I wish I had some idea wtf you're talking aboot Enty :( You watching the Stanley Cup playoffs??
ReplyDeleteI think it's that SyFy show where make up artists come up with new faces and hair systems for Nic Cage and Travolta?
ReplyDeleteWhat can YOU do in 3 days, Sandyboo?
Never heard of it., Enty. GO DALLAS STARS!!!!
ReplyDeleteBetter Face Off. John Travolta shouting, "Woohoo, you're good looking!" is priceless.
ReplyDeleteNot to mention Travolta/Cage emote-off.
DeleteTravolta changes his wiglets to match his feelings, like Chris Tucker in 5th Element.
DeleteWigs, I freaking LOVE The 5th Element!
DeleteI already ate all my lunch and it's only 11am.
ReplyDeleteBizarre...flipping thru stations few days ago and started watching it....was insane! Loved the show.

ReplyDeleteI answered two blinds, watched Seven's Face/Off clip, and offended two coworkers while eating my sandwich.
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean I have to eat dinner at 5 now because my timing is all off?
ReplyDeleteSeneca Crane side view beard
You win. Seneca is our facial hair overlord.
DeleteYou'll get me next time Travolta.
Beyonce victory dance!

Fucking strangers on the bus....
DeleteI cant do much in 3 days anymore I'm afraid except get drunk and cook complete weeks worth of food.
ReplyDeleteWow, really? Nobody watches Face Off? I LOVE it. I've seen every season and loved it.
ReplyDeleteVery amazing talent.
Agree...Face Off is great.
DeleteI am a Face Off fan, too. My coworker and I talk about it every Wednesday.

DeleteLOVE Face Off.
ReplyDeleteI love when horror/sci-fi dvds have behind-the-scenes featurettes on the creature designs. It really is amazing work.

ReplyDeleteAnyone know if it's on Netflix? Or a similar streaming site, other than Hulu, because Hulu sucks, IMO.
ReplyDeleteFace off is great! Most of the contestants help each other and the emphasis is on the creative aspect not on the personal drama. Great show!
