Blind Items Revealed

March 10, 2010

This B- list movie and television actress with much higher name recognition recently walked away from a very high profile project which she had been scheduled to do for ages. Why? Well, she grew tired of being the sexual plaything of the movie couple in charge of the project. The relationship lasted for several years and through several of our actresses' boyfriends. At least one of her boyfriends knew about it and watched once.

Evan Rachel Wood

  6. Spiderman the musical? Why on earth did such an amazing sounding project never came to fruition (or did it?)? That's 100x more of a shocker than the known sexual experimenter ERW having a long term 3 way.

  12. OMG, even being with Marilyn Manson sounds like it would be a step up from this. I don't like the way 'sexual plaything' sounds - it sounds as if she was sort of used and thrown away.

  13. I know, right leek? At least Their threesome's were part of a relationship...

  14. don't know if it was Spider-Man that she dropped out of but I do know for a FACT that there is a (now) married couple that were producers on that show and the wife was a stripper when they met and they FOR SURE swing. The husband comes from an extremely wealthy entertainment family.

  16. I knew the producers of STM...my good friend does their mktg and did for the show, there are several as with every prod.

None famous to the world but I think I know who this is....he's a lawyer/broad prod and she's an actress...all I'll say...NOT household names so reason to cite...

Additionally...Baz Lurhman and wife had a lot to do with prod. As well.....hmmm

  20. What is the appeal of a Spider-Man musical? I watch Spider-man because there's no music in it! Why ruin a good thing?

    1. Chief - what happens when you run out of original ideas and you can pull people into your theater using something successful in another medium.

  21. @ tricia don't think we are speaking of the same couple. This ex-stripper has no acting aspirations at all. She is much more comfortable behind the scenes.

  24. If you don't want to mention someone's name, that's cool. Don't mention them and don't mention that you know anything about it. That way you don't look like an asshole.

    1. @Malibu--or they can mention that they know something but then say why they don't want to mention the name. For example; I don't want to be sued, I don't want to be beaten up, naming the name will out me to the people involved.

Those are all good reasons. Saying 'I'm not giving names because they're obscure and no one will know them...?' Uh...makes no sense to me.

Oddly, I didn't mind when @hollywood mentioned the couple but didn't name names. What annoyed me was when @Tricia had to say WHY she wasnt naming names. Lame.

Anyway, @Tricia, I'm sure you're a lovely person and don't mean to pick on you. The comment hit me the wrong way, is all. Maybe I just woke up on wrong side if the bed.

  25. Something completely different, what about Paquin and Moyer for the power couple? Moyer directed tons of True Blood episodes and Evans exit from the show was very sudden and weird. I thought it wasbecause she broke up with Skars around the same time, but maybe he was tired of watching? ;)

  26. True Blood was very hot qnd happening at that time, like the Walking Dead these days. So it could sorta fit..

  27. I seem to remember the couple in the original item tied to ERW being Julie Taymor and Elliot Goldenthal.
