Blind Item #2

This performer turned mogul turned group maker turned whatever it is he does now was at Coachella this weekend and got into an argument with one of his bodyguards. He told the bodyguard the only way he was going to keep his job was to walk around naked for 30 minutes. The bodyguard did it while everyone looked away uncomfortably.

      Right?! I was just about to say the exact same thing. Celebrities only get away with the completely abusive, totally out of line and inappropriate sh*t that they do because people LET THEM. (As the saying goes: People only treat you how you allow them to.) There are far to many job opportunities out there in the world even in a really bad economy; I mean, is he paying him in daily fistfuls of diamonds or something??? I just can't ever understand it..

      With this guy, it's probably the fear of losing the access to the cool parties/events/group of people that his work allows him to be involved in. If he did anything about it, he wouldn't work in the industry again, as he would be considered a liability (since 80% of people with power in the industry treat those below them however they please). With actors/actresses it's knowing that if they do anything about it, they probably won't work again and will be blacklisted by whoever had the power that harassed them/treated them inappropriately. This stuff happens everyday, unfortunately. IMO, this guys job is not important or cool enough to put up with that shit, though- and really nothing is important enough to allow yourself to be treated like that- maybe for a fistful of diamonds, though hahaha.

    I hope one day the bodyguard will be the mogul and Piddy, mistake deliberate, will have to beg for a job as a bodyguard. Now I can see Kanye having to beg for a job from Jay-Z sometime in the future.

    @hothotheat workplace harassment isn't something that is taken seriously in the entertainment industry, unfortunately. If you sue, you will probably never work in that capacity again. 90 % of people working in Hollywood probably have grounds for a lawsuit from some point in their career.
