Off topic, but as a long time reader here I am hoping that someone may be able to help spread the word about a young man who is missing. He is on my son's hockey team in Michigan and we are all worried sick about his whereabouts and praying for his safe return. Thank you. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/friends--family--devestated--as-search-continues-for-terry-trafford-195844271.html
Yesterday when I was walking past a dry-cleaners. I remember it as part of a strip-mall that was in a dream I had. I do this with surprising consistency.
@AnotherGrayHare I will post your friend's missing son on Facebook. I am involved in animal rescue and as a result have FB friends all over the country - will ask them to share with their Michigan contacts.
AGH, that is so unbearably sad. I am so sorry. At that age, everything seems devastating and they are so vulnerable - they just can't roll with adversity.
Just AWFUL. I will light a candle for him tonight.
Thank you. sorry to hijack this thread, I honestly hoped by spreading the news of him missing, we would find him safe and sound somewhere. I never thought it would end like this. I appreciate all the support and will pass it on to my son and his teammates.
Just yesterday in fact and the day before and the day before that

ReplyDeleteThank you all. Marina, he was found earlier today. He had taken his own life at the tender age of 20. So terribly sad for his family.
