The Justin Bieber Deposition

Last week Justin Bieber was deposed in a lawsuit a photographer filed against him. The lawsuit doesn't matter as much as the result. A four hour deposition and TMZ went through all of it and picked out the best bits. This is why celebrities never want to be sued or they settle quickly or don't file their own lawsuits. In a deposition you can be asked just about anything and in the particular clip I've selected Justin is asked about Selena Gomez and their relationship. It has nothing really to do with the lawsuit but he has to answer. I'm actually surprised the photographer's lawyer didn't ask about the hookers and strippers too. Watch the short one minute clip as Justin gets angry and walks out like Selena is some kind of saint. To watch the rest of the clips, click here.

  1. It was a disrespectful line of questioning that had nothing to do with why I was there.
I wasn't asked about strippers and hookers because there aren't any strippers or hookers. The media is full of lies.

  8. I want to see him in court, only because I'd like to see if his demeanour changes with a judge around.

  12. I think it would have been better to post the clip when he swears at the poor court reporter, who's only trying to do her job correctly, or the one where he says he's a detriment to his own career…. Freudian Slip alert!
The obnoxious little brat from Stratford who thinks he's a bad ass. One day he's going to get said ass handed to him.

  13. He has the right to say "I don't know" or refuse to answer any question in a deposition. He does NOT have to answer any and all questions posed at him especially if they have nothing to do with subject of the deposition.

These attorneys were way outta line which is probably why he left.

Source: I advise medical personal when they're called on for deposition and/or testimony in lawsuits.

  16. I think my two favorite gems are when they compare the depo to a "16-minutes interview" and Beibs says he was "detrimental" (not instrumental) to his own career

  17. No one has mentioned that weak ass mustache...but then again, there are so many offensive things about this little wanna be punk.

I can't wait to see him go down in flames.

  18. Arrgghh..this little shit but truly what does it matter if he know Selena? At one point it seemed like he was trying to remember his line.

  19. He's a stupid little boy trying to pretend to be a man but he has no idea what that means. He thinks he's being all tough and loyal saying "Don't ask me about her again" because he's not in front of a judge who would tell him to STFU and answer the question.

He thinks because he's a superstar (for the next 15 minutes) that he can dictate the tenor of the questions.

Yup, keep fucking up and getting into trouble with the law and you'll eventually figure out it doesn't work that way.
