At closer inspection, they all appear to be on a site called RedBubble.com and you can have the image printed on shirts, cards, etc. Here is the Nyan TARDIS artwork: http://www.redbubble.com/explore/nyan+tardis. I usually buy TARDISsy things from thinkgeek.com.
