Radar
managed to snag a copy of a lawsuit filed by the ex-husband of NCIS star Pauley Perrette. In the lawsuit he accuses Pauley of assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress. From the description Radar provided of the lawsuit I'm surprised there were not other claims made too, but you take what you can get. Pauley, is an extremely popular member of the cast at least as far as fans go. Extremely popular. So, popular that her ex-husband Coyote Shivers says they send him death threats all the time. Back when the pair got divorced, Pauley got several restraining orders against her ex and he says in the lawsuit that she manipulated events to get him to violate the orders.
In November 2012, Shivers and his new wife were trying to leave a restaurant when he claims that he was blocked by Pauley and her boyfriend which caused Shivers to violate the restraining order. I believe the guy. I also believe what Pauley said when she got the original restraining orders.
Their marriage must have been one of the most intense marriages ever. The fights must have been ballistic. They got divorced almost a decade ago but they still hate each other so much.
I am sorry all I can stare at is how horribly placed her implants are.

Coyote Shivers is not his real name though. In fact he goes by 5 different names. One for his prostitution, one for his tax-invasion, one for his birth certificate. He is from Toronto and did the theme song for Kids in the Hall.

@Sherry--it is true! I dont know how to put up links but if you are interested Google Coyote Shivers prostitution. The company he applied for--a male brothel of some sorts--publicaly declined him and posted his application because it says he has HIV! Very tacky I know but its true..
ReplyDeleteOddly, back in the late 1990s, I ended up hanging with Pauley in a fashionable bar in LA one night. (Long story how that happened...) At the time, she had only done a few guests spots here and there, and some commercials. I think this was just before "Almost Famous" was released... Anyhoo, by the end of the night, there were only a few of us left in the group, and Pauley started telling all sorts of stories. She said she had just left her boyfriend whose sister had moved to town to live with them, but then she found out his sister was also his lover, and they were both heroin junkies. "I couldn't understand why all the spoons in the kitchen were bent..." The stories just went downhill from there. One guy at the bar that night even compared her to Pigpen in Peanuts--except the cloud that followed her around wasn't dirt. It was doom. So, yeah. This doesn't surprise me.

ReplyDeleteI would not put it past a man against whom a woman has a restraining order to accuse her of assaulting or shoving him because she had the audacity to show up at a place where he was. (I know someone that had this happen to her.) Once he knows she's there, he has to leave or be in violation. An accidental 'whoops, we showed up to the same event' is not enough in and of itself for it to be a violation, at least not where I live.

@Topper Madison - I knew her the same time you did. I would hang out with her at Club Cherry and Club Make-Up in LA most weekends. Also Dragonfly. She had platinum blonde hair and go-go danced, Coyote was the DJ at Club Cherry. Everyone knew he cheated on her. She was a big sweetheart though =(
ReplyDeleteHe used to date/be married too Bebe Buell, Liv Tyler's mom. Liv relocated her mother all the way to Maine to get her as far from him as she could. I'm sure that the only reason she would try to get him to violate a restraining order is so he would be locked-up and unable to hurt someone else. Who knows.
I don't watch NCIS and I haven't seen her ages. She was a lot of fun and always very kind to me. I wish her the best.
Coyote's lawsuit will be thrown out automatically, he's on the vexatious litigant list in California. In other words he so abused the court system he can't file anything for I believe 10 years due to systematically harassing Bebe Buell and Pauly Perrett with hundreds of frivolous suits that were dismissed. The list of people on that VL list is not long but all of them, including Coyote use multiple names to harass the people they sue. Also within a week of Bebe moving, Coyote mails something to her just to let her know he knows where she moved. He's a piece of work and needs to be deported. He and his new wife were thrown out of the St James Hotel for failure to pay their hotel bill, just tossed on the street with their crap and had to call a cab to pick them up. He's a real loser. New wife is dumb, dumpy and crazy. Do not believe anything Coyote says, he probably waited hours for Pauly to show up at that restaurant, he is a full blown stalker, he still stalks Bebe after all these years, and he's still stalking Pauly too, anything to get near her, watching and plotting. CBS wouldn't be paying for security if she was causing this, LAPD threat assessment knows Coyote is a danger to women, and LAPD knows what he is doing, he's not fooling anyone. Don't you be fooled Enty. CS is dangerous.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Coyote is no walk in the park, but she's pretty questionable to me. About a year or so ago, I was driving to work around 7am in Hollywood and she was walking on Franklin near Highland -- where a lot of homeless people hang out -- looking like absolute hell.

ReplyDeleteIt was no great feat for Radar online to "snag" a copy of the lawsuit - it is a public document, readily available. There dozens of simply fascinating public documents on this case; I and my colleagues have published several of them online at A Voice for Men a The National Coalition for Men, during our investigations of what is likely to become known as the most egregious case of restraining order abuse in the history of California.
We hope this case will change laws.
I would suggest a couple of quick Google searches for anyone who wants the WHOLE story, taken directly from handwritten notes, court evidence and sworn statements, not from the sort of innuendo spread by commenter "Unknown."
Particularly rewarding search terms might include: Star Crazy, P.I. John Nazarian, Prosecutor Elizabeth Gertz, L.A. Grand Jury complaint, and Roger Friedman.
Then Suzanne I would advise you to stay far away from this case as Unknown was NOT posting anything that was incorrect. Yes the nit wit did file another lawsuit but you can bet it will be dismissed fairly quickly just like all the others he has filed against her and Bebe Buell. He has made it his mission in life to harrass these two women.

Her interests are far better served by the perpetuation of false rumors she herself has started (Pfffft! Incest? Really?) and misinformation like the notion that the status of "vexatious litigant" would cause an automatic dismissal.

And once again I invite all of PP's fans to view her handwritten notes and read her sworn statements, along with the sworn statements of some of her closest former friends. It makes for a very ugly portrait of America's favorite TV star, one she doesn't want you to see.
I'm on team PP here. I know she might seem a little off due to traumas she's experienced, so I can see my way around that. I was on a message board at one time where Bebe was also involved. Both she and Coyote are known for making anonymous accounts with various names to harass people. And to fight with each other. It was a mess. But I believe Coyote badgered Liv Tyler to get the job on "Empire Records". I've seen the things he's done to Bebe and Pauley. A few here resemble in tone and wording the puppet accounts Coyote makes to 'defend himself'. Coyote is a predator, preying on women with emotional/mental issues. I've known many men like him---seek someone you can live off and take advantage of. When it falls apart, use their issues against them. Use their mental health issues to paint them as "crazy", say all of them are making up the exact same stories...women who never met until it all became public. I mean, Bebe thinks Elvis Costello is in love with her and leaves hidden messages in songs to her, and I believe they only had a one-nighter. She kept Liv's real father's identity from her. But when the same abuses get repeated by numerous 'exes' about the same person (Coyote), who uses multiple names publicly and privately...and, let's just mention him thinking being elected to a citizen group is some sort of 'gotcha' to Pauley...I mean, really? It's like being a member of the block watch. Wow. SO needing to be seen as 'important'---to get back at someone? Wow. "Elected official". LOL Okay.
