Off Topic

Apparently 30 jalapeno poppers is my limit for one seating. Translated into several seatings this morning if you get my meaning.

  17. They are filled with cheese but do not need to be deep fried.

    Take some nice pickle whole japs, stuff with a nice mixture of leetle cream cheese, jack and cheddar. You can moderate the heat with how much you leave behind with seams and seeds. Stuff and then bake for about 30 mins.

    Take a lovely flour tortilla and deep fry to make a bowl, melt some cheese in the bottom and place your poppers there (or poopers in most cases) and then you get to eat the bowl.

    If you can get the pickled carrots that are usually at the Mex. salsa bar include those in your presentation.

    Excellent..serve with beer or tequila.
