NY Post Blind Items
Which of New York’s finest specialty hospitals has a human resources exec who was recently caught with his pants literally down? He was caught in his office with another employee receiving special care of his own . . .
WHAT philandering New York “starchitect” has been carrying on an affair with the wife of an equally famous designer? He also keeps a younger mistress on the side as well, whom girlfriend No. 1 doesn’t know about . . .
WHICH Hollywood actor is carrying on a secret affair with a New York woman who flies to LA for intimate rendezvous? . . .
WHICH fashion publicist got caught sending out résumés for a new job when his Gmail accidentally sent out a virus to competing fashion p.r. firms?
3 of these are complete wastes of time.
ReplyDeleteHR exec?
ReplyDeleteWho would care except for locals?
ReplyDeleteStarchitect?
ReplyDelete@renoblondee And even then….
ReplyDeleteWe're guessing hospital blind items now? O_o
ReplyDeleteI don't know because I don't live in NY.
ReplyDeleteI don't know because I don't live in NY.
I don't know because I don't live in NY.
I don't know because I don't live in NY.
Literally
DeleteWe're supposed to guess which hospital in the first one? A "starchitect" in the second? I won't make a joke about the last one...
ReplyDeletethe actor one could be limited to any one in the Academy so it's a waste of time too
ReplyDeleteWha-the-wha?? Hospital HR Exec?? If we're going to start with hospital blinds, could we at least limit it to the Board of Directors and specialty surgeons, or you know, someone with a non-boring job?
ReplyDeleteRankings would help!! Where's Mooshski's list?!
ReplyDeleteThere's a list?!
DeleteIt's a bit like asking you lot to guess which of my managers is doing one of my co workers. Happy guessing people!!
ReplyDeleteOnly thing interesting here is the HR exec possibly using his position......as in trading jobs for sex
ReplyDeleteJobs are at a premium now people! It's like a casting couch in a hospital......
I live in New York and am clueless but I love the 4th
ReplyDeleteA resume email virus?
ReplyDeleteI find NY gossip interesting. Keep it coming enty.
ReplyDelete((Thinking) )
"Bob Costas got his infamous case of Olympic pink eye from botched Botox, a source claims to Page Six."
ReplyDeleteHe's been on a roll this past year.....nothing would surprise me that he does now
ReplyDeletesomething is def up with Costas
What local McDonalds manager was caught giving a hand to an employee in the bathroom? This will be revealed.
ReplyDeleteThis is my everything this morning. Lol.
Delete@ethorne, on July 4th or Jan 1st?
Delete@Lotta, July 4th. Then on Jan 1st, it will literally be a different answer.
Delete@ethorne, better not be an Almost Reveal!
Delete@Lotta-I would never!!!
DeleteOnly New York thing I care about is from Flava of Love.
ReplyDeleteNY Post blinds are only ever interesting to people "in the scene" in New York. I live in Vancouver, and I always look at these and go, yah I have no idea. I could not name one New York architect if my life was on the line.
ReplyDelete@CharRicho, not even this one?
DeleteLol that's awesome. Of course I am well aware of the greatness of Ted Moseby.
DeleteCharRicho, purlease, it's obviously Ted Mosby.
ReplyDeleteWell I actually Googled NY Starchitect because that's how much I am avoiding work. I came up with Bjarke Ingels (who is young and cute) and Richard Meier who is one of the few based in NYC. There's always the usual suspect Frank Gehry but he's based in LA. and Robert A.M. Stern..the latter two older fellas.
ReplyDeleteHave at it!
#1: WTF?
ReplyDelete#2: Is a 'starchitect' supposed to be a baker? WTF?
#3: Unless one of the two is married w/ no open provisions, why is this a blind?
#4: STOOOPID, sending personal Gmail through the corporate mail servers / laptop. Unless he let someone from IT look at a personal Gmail account on a corporate device, which is equally stupid.
Hospital for Special Surgery, the Mets team physicians?
ReplyDeleteBjarke Ingels is actually a pretty good guess; he's fairly young, good looking and his practice is co-located in New York. A little older would be Daniel Liebeskind, who would have call to spend a lot of time in New York.
ReplyDeleteI don't know the names of any NY-local starchitects, and most of those I do know are possibly a bit too old, too gay for two female mistresses, or I'm not sure if they are partly-based enough in New York. The NY Times seems to hate Calatrava, but he's usually in Switzerland. Phillipe Stark is more Euro-centric and would otherwise be in California if collaborating with Apple/Jonathan Ive. And Frank Gehry is also LA-based.
