Blind Item #6

This B+ list mostly television actress who would love to be in movies like her A list husband has a new project. She already demanded two extra trailers. One for her female friend and one for her hair and makeup team because she doesn't like other people to see her get ready and they need to spread out.

      But it clearly states "mostly television". Jada did have Hawthorne but has only ever guest starred on other tv shows. Thinking this one is definitely Ms. Lively....

    I liked Blake in Savages and this indie movie The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. She was also good in Gossip Girl. But she is throwing it all away with that hack of a husband.

    Sorry Blake plays the same person in every movie she is like Biel.

    I watched Savages which was better than I expected and she does fit a stoner quite well because she talks like she is perpetually stoned and perhaps is. I find her voice grating that California ditz wears on me.

    Oh another point against Blake... I have walked by where they are filming her movie several times now... and there are no trailers. It is in downtown Vancouver. I think they do hair and makeup in one of the hotel rooms.

    Of course there could be another location they have or are moving to, but that is the one that I've seen, on a regular basis for the past few weeks. Also as someone else mentioned, Ryan is with her.

    @Tina I don't think that's California ditz you're seeing in Blake, just bad acting. I don't believe for a second that Ryan won't "let" her work. She just sucks, that's why she doesn't get more offers.

    I just IMDBd Jada (in case I'd seriously missed something) and don't think there is any possibility she could be described as 'mostly TV' -

    - one episode of Ellen back in '98
    - 'A Different World' from '91 - '93
    - dozens of film credits (obviously) around those and since.

    NB: I believe that movies which aren't released at the theatre still count as movies. They may get the prefix 'made for tv ...' but they're still 'movies.'

    Similarly, the actors are 'movie actors' - not 'tv actors.'

    Everything except "mostly tv" sounds like JPS. But Beige Not Lively would be mixed tv/movie now, right? And JDT is mostly movies no?

    I dunno anymore, other than Jada likes the ladies and I guess that's what the blind is trying to say.
