If it's Cruise, he'd better get himself fixed pretty fast. 'Edge of Tomorrow' premieres June 6, and I assume he'll need to do publicity for that.
The British version of Grazia magazine reported last week that Cruise has not been seen since Ben Stiller's Walk of Fame star ceremony on December 3, and noted that he was entirely absent from awards season.
Their guesses were that either he was in non-stop auditing or, conversely, giving up Scientology entirely in an effort to Win Katie Back. But a botched facelift works too.
I've heard rumors that the Feds are looking into Co$. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to use statutes related to RICO or human trafficking against the church at some point either. Hope that happens some day at least, but doubt it will
Michael Douglas should be higher rank than that and he has been photographed a bit lately, but I could see him getting a face lift
Thanks @roxie! My guess still stands, he may be a repeat offender lol. I'm reading too much into the "in hiding" aspect as well, in the sense that they've been holed up in Wales and just won a bid to have his son released from solitary confinement after 2 years
The feds are looking into $cio, there's an active investigation that's been reported by several newspapers. One investigation was for human trafficking because they had people working 100 hour workweeks for a pittance, but they escaped it by claiming the people working 100 hours a week were the same as monks and nuns because $cio is a church, and they weren't forced - they did it out of religious conviction. Not brainwashing, no, not at all.
How does L Ron Hubbard approach those who disapprove of his "how do you make money? Create a religion!" religion:
This is correct procedure:
Spot who is attacking us. Start investigating them promptly for FELONIES or worse using own professionals, not outside agencies. Double curve our reply by saying we welcome an investigation of them. Start feeding lurid, blood sex crime actual evidence on the attackers to the press. Don't ever tamely submit to an investigation of us. Make it rough, rough on attackers all the way
This is what scares me about getting a facelift (aside from the fact that it's life-threatening and painful and major surgery). If the stars, who rely on their looks for their careers, are extremely well-connected and have lots of money, can get botched facelifts ... what hope is there for us mere mortals?
Cruise is over 50 (not too young) and the reason he looks "good" is because he's had extensive facial "tinkering" over the last decade or so.
I think this is him, too. He's so weird and compulsive I can see him falling over the Michael Jackson abyss and doing something drastic to stay "young and credible."
Cruise has had good work done fairly recently and his face has already settled in. I think he's incommunicado in Scientology world. Has anyone else been absent lately?
Dustin Hoffman seems douchey enough to get a face-lift.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't seen Tom Cruise in awhile.

I'd love for him to leave that cult!
DeleteThomas Cruise.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Tom's looking for Shelly.
ReplyDeleteHe looks like XENU now.
ReplyDeleteFinding Shelly's tough, y'all!
ReplyDeleteTravolta
ReplyDeletePlease be Tom Cruise, please be Tom Cruise.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't Tom use that South American doctor who is said to be the BEST ?
ReplyDeletewhere's shelley? and tom? i wonder how many other people are missing... :(

Michael Douglas has had a face lift already.

ReplyDeleteI am going to Joan Rivers Doctor when I get my face-lift. He seems to know what he is doing...
ReplyDeleteAll of them.
ReplyDeleteJust the other day I thought about how Tom Cruise hadn't been in the news for a while.
ReplyDeleteI need better things to think about.

ReplyDeleteThanks @7! I know they are still looking into Co$ I really hope they are able to do something.
DeleteThe rumors I heard but don't know their accuracy pertain to whether they will be able to file RICO charges against Co$
Delete@Lady H, here's the reporting the FBI investigation into human trafficking allegations. They are some crazy people.

Good grief. Thanks @7.
DeleteDerek! I am yelling at you! Dustin is NOT douchey. He's actually one of the good guys.
ReplyDeleteBut yeah, totally using Christie Brinkley's doctor when I get mine. (Dreaming here of course.)
Why would Tom get a face lift? He's still young and looks somewhat good.
I'd love it if Tom Cruise had a Bells Palsy looking face from bad work. Like Al Bundy's botched botox in that Modern Family episode.
ReplyDeleteLeo!
ReplyDeleteCusack to be different. Don't know if he was an AA nom or winner though

And didn't Lainey have a "should I be missing Tom Cruise" post the other day..
ReplyDeleteCruise has already had a face lift, as has Michael Douglas.
ReplyDeleteTommy Girl!
ReplyDeleteWhat is up with the y'all ? Did I miss something? I'm reading the blinds last to first and it's driving me crazy!

ReplyDeleteCruise's work in the past has been excellent...all of it takes settle time, so that may be the missing part of it. I wish I could afford his doc.
