Sharknado 2 Gets World Class Acting Talent
Most of the time if I were to tell you that Kelly Osbourne is going to be acting in a movie you would think it is just stunt casting or she is going to film a cameo. Well, the producers of Sharknado 2 think she has world class acting talent and have cast her for the SyFy sequel. Also showing us their acting chops will be Vivica A. Fox, Mark McGrath, Andy Dick, Judah Friedlander, and Judd Hirsch. Judd will probably play the John Heard role and die a glorious death trying to save mankind by pushing Tara Reid in front of a shark. The rest of them will all probably die to but not before we all drink ourselves silly just to make their acting performances palatable. I think Mark McGrath is probably writing his Emmy acceptance speech right now. To thank Sugar Ray or not is his big question.
I love these shitty movies! At least its fun to watch the idiocy!
ReplyDeleteSyFy the place where washed up and unemployable talent can find easy work that doesnt really pay well.
ReplyDeleteBesides, everyone knows kelly is a thespian. Duh.
ReplyDeleteWhen I heard this, I thought "budget issues"
ReplyDeleteMcGrath gets a pass from me for the excellent "Lemonade and Brownies" album with Nicole Eggert on the cover.
ReplyDeleteWait, Kelly of the purple hair is an actress? Since when?
ReplyDeleteI give Kelly less than half a day before she alienates everyone on the set.
ReplyDeleteVivica must be desperate...girl still thinks it's the 90's & she's still bangin Will Smith...I knew Mark was getting desperate when he did Wife Swap...Judd Hirsch has seriously fallen too...
ReplyDeleteThe rest just sit back & laugh...
Hey, its a paycheck.
DeleteNo Meanie Rhysie, she's only famous because of her family. So annoying.
ReplyDeleteI, for one, am glad they're doing Sharknado 2, because Steve Sanders is an awesome father.
ReplyDeleteSeeing this made me think of Cory Monteith's last-ever Tweets ... I can't believe his account hasn't been shut down!

ReplyDeleteAre the sharks flying around in the air, ripping people apart?
ReplyDeleteSyFy channel jumped the shark (pun intended) when then cancelled "Mystery Science Theatre".
ReplyDelete@Tru Leigh
DeleteI had a dream last night about Brody. I guess these trolls have wormed their way into my head (and my heart too, especially Bruce)
ReplyDeleteI love Judah Friedlander.
ReplyDeleteI tried to watch the first movie. I only made it through 10 minutes before I got stabby. Too bad. Mark McGrath always seems cool in interviews. And, I loved him on Rock-n-Roll Jeopardy years ago. He kicked ass.
ReplyDeleteLOL it will be funny to watch Mark McGrath's coked up performance
ReplyDeleteSharknado is the Tv equivalent to Machete. Washed up actors by the dozens.
ReplyDeleteMe: They are making Sharknado 2
ReplyDeleteMr. Sass71: Because they didn't exploit every plot detail possible in the first one?
I had such high hopes back when Sci-Fi Channel first started. Finally, there'd be a channel dedicated to good quality science fiction. Instead, we get bad movie monster fests. They should call it Plan Nine Channel.
ReplyDeletelook for Sharon Osbourne as an exec producer on this. "Ozzy! We need to buy Kelly a movie!"
ReplyDeleteHopefully the shark will eat Kelly first.
ReplyDeleteHopefully equation!
