I actually enjoy this song as well. It is fun and stuid and has a beat. Not every song needs to contribute to musics history.

  12. Yay for Pink Martini! I've never heard Timber, though.

I'll turn it up for RHCP, Green Day, that Ho-Hey song, and still for Radioactive. Still!

  17. I know I'm getting old because I have never heard of either of these songs. I like to stick with my Black Keys. Now there's a band worth turning up.

I heart Pink Martini as well .. My son was born to one of their songs .. No one seems to remember which one though.. We were all a little distracted when he was arriving. Made great labor music though!
I prefer Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson and Blind Willie Johnson in my errry day .. Good stuff

    1. Youtubed Webb Wilder. He's terrific. Sort of a combination Rockabilly and Blues.

  20. Had never heard of it until my husband cranked it up on the radio on our last road trip. Hated it the first time but it's grown on me. Hear it now during stoppages in play in hockey games so you know it's popular.

  29. The only Timber that matters to me is up in Puppy Heaven leading all the others on new adventures. At least that's the way I want it to be.

  30. It's getting easier, babe. Funny thing, our outside cat (that only comes in to eat and occasionally sleep) used to lay next to him when she did come in to sleep. I've been finding her laying on his grave everyday since we buried him.
