No incisive comment on the video to offer, but I do think it's interesting that NBC has stopped blocking clips for foreign viewers since Fallon took over.
ReplyDeleteIt used to be that if you clicked on an NBC video outside the US, you'd get a little message saying 'Sorry, this video is not available for your country.' Could always get around it with a hotspot shield, but even so, it was a pain in the ass.
I guess they've figured out that Fallon's appeal is largely viral, and that links that flow out of the US flow back into it as well. Now let's see if they stop blocking Saturday Night Live.
