Dolly Parton said No To Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus recently recorded an episode of Unplugged and one of the songs was with Madonna. It turns out though that Madge was not Miley's first choice. Apparently Miley's first choice was Dolly Parton but Dolly turned down Miley. Miley says it was a scheduling conflict. Hmm. I'm pretty sure they could have worked out a mutual day. I wonder if Dolly is tired of being Miley's godmother and always having her name pop up in stories about the singer. I find it hard to believe that if Dolly was still crazy about Miley that she would miss the chance to sing with Miley on national television, on what will be a very watched program. Plus, Dolly could use some practice before heading over to the UK for her headlining tour of festivals there. Yep, 2014 is going to be huge for Dolly.
