Blind Items Revealed

November 7, 2013

This former B list mostly television actress who was on a very popular show for an almost network before dropping out of acting completely says she doesn't diet or work out. Huh. Then those "three days" she liked to call the three day periods she would starve herself if she gained a pound were??? Oh and the two hour daily sessions with the personal trainer were????

Blake Lively

  4. No diet or exercise really means shit tons of Adderall. So technically Mz Van der Woodsen could be telling the truth

  7. But no one ever believes these celebs anyway when they say they don't diet or work out to stay slim. It's not exactly 'gasp, the horror'' to find out they actually do.

  11. I think Sandy hit on it. Insecurity. Is it possible for a broad to be insecure, yet have self esteem? I know self esteem and self respect are independent characteristics.

I think my perfect woman would have self esteem, lack self respect, and have just a dash of insecurity. Yep, throw a pretty smile and a nice ass on that, and I think I'd be happy.

I like Blake and think she's a stunning lady - her hair is her biggest asset though. No way does she not diet or exercise - she has the physique of a baby giraffe, for goodness sake!

  13. One thing i enjoyed:what kate hudson said after first son born, when she gained like 60 lbs. She was asked how did u lose the weight and she saud, i worked my ass off. . No magic. Diet snd exercise." Shes right and refreshingly honest.

@ auntliddy: Yep; and I appreciate her honesty with regard to other things, too - like when she said fancy designer gowns are loaned to her, that she could never afford to buy them herself. She sure does have a refreshing attitude. I remember the flak she copped for her weight gain with baby #1 - she looked so incredibly different.

  14. @Count if any of the Blake/Ryan blinds are actually true she is very insecure and is being treated as such shit that she cant possibly have any self-esteem

  17. @Count, I once read about a movie star described as "wildly egotistical yet ragingly insecure". I think it was Jim Carrey. (This was years ago when he was popular.) I've always wondered how that works exactly. You love yourself…but at the same time, you think you're not good enough, too? Sounds complicated.

  18. There was a personal trainer who wouldnt name names but talked about all the celebs who claimed they ate normally and the only exercise they did was walking the dog and yoga. They actually ate three jars of baby food a day and worked out 6 days a week.

@Anoteramy - Jelly is a common one with people I work with ... a whole packet makes a massive dish and if you opt for the diet type, that's only 330-odd kJ. Nibble on it five times throughout the day. Eat a big bowl full, washed down with a can of sugar-free Red Bull, before you hit the gym and you'll have enough energy to finish the workout. Just don't stick to this sort of diet for too long as it will kill your teeth.

Fair comment, but not all are like that. A lot are their biggest fans and wouldn't have a clue how to work a 'normal' job though.
