Blind Items Revealed- Kindness

October 23, 2013

This subject is someone I have gone after quite a few times in the blind items and in posts. She is an actress and I use that term loosely. She seems to get work as an actress. I suppose because this is a kindness I need to say nicer words. Umm, she is a B- list mostly television actress with her very own show that in most cities you don't need cable to pick up. I say her own show. Other people are on it but no one knows their names. She has been amazingly nice to me before and not so nice. The reason she is here today is because I saw her do something a few weeks ago that blew me away. She was at Target and had two other women with her, one of which was her niece. They had a string of ten shopping carts they were pulling through the store that were piled high with clothes and DVD's and books and Halloween candy and costumes and every other kind of item any house could or would need. Of course there was enough for a bunch of houses and I found out from some asking that the actress was funding a domestic violence shelter on her own where women and their kids can escape and she was stocking it up with every kind of supply possible for the six rooms which would be available. It's an amazing thing she is doing and it has changed my opinion of her a great deal.

  4. That's truly a lovely thing to hear. As someone who ended up in a DV shelter (they keep the location secret etc) it was a horrible place, and I really appreciate her doing something that will make a real difference to some very miserable kids.

  5. God for her of course, but I dont believe for one minute that enty was in Target Unless he was getting a new futon mattress for his overweight, drunken, living in parents basement persona.

  6. Awesome. I've experienced dv and was able to give to shelters. To give without wanting accolades is a sign of a good person.

  7. It's always great to hear about someone doing more than just writing a check.
