This A- list mostly television actor who is on a fairly hit show and is an Academy Award winner/nominee has been battling cancer and is deciding whether to go public with his fight via Kneepads or just an announcement.
Thanks. Been extra busy! New gossip - hmmm. Not really. Do know that a friend of mine is scribing and producing an adaptation of a YA novel staring Glenn Close!
Damn I erased my comment because it says mostly Tv and Robin Williams should be mostly movie and now I see people actually agreed. He fits perfectly except the Entys description. And I pray it isn't him.
Lost a good friend to cancer this year. He was 40 years old. Seeing him on his death bed made me rethink my course in life. It could happen to any of us. Whatever the diagnosis is, or how this actor chooses to deal with it, I wish them all the best! Show your appreciation for your loved ones often. These physical forms we occupy are quite fragile.
Sad ...
ReplyDelete... Did Tom Selleck ever come forward about his reumoured health issues?
Damn cancer. :(
ReplyDeleteJeremy Irons
ReplyDeleteVia kneepads?
ReplyDeleteNo comprendo...
In any event, this is sad.
@meatros 'Kneepads' is Enty-speak for People mag
ReplyDeleteMeatros, "via Kneepads" means an article in People magazine.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I got nuthin' regarding this one. Kevin Spacey?

ReplyDeletePerhaps Timothy Hutton? I'm sure he was on telly in some series or other? Whomever it is, it's very sad....cancer is a biatch...

ReplyDeleteWas Ted Danson nominated for Three Men and a Little Lady?
ReplyDelete+1
DeleteOhh yes, Sandybrook, Robin Williams it could be but is he a Kneepads kinda guy? I always thought he was more private?
ReplyDeleteRobin williams
ReplyDeleteTom selleck never academy award guy. Neither is danson. I think only fit is williams
ReplyDeleteLaurence Fishburne, Robin Williams, Gary Sinise, Timothy Hutton, William H. Macy, Greg Kinnear?
ReplyDeleteWilliam H. Macy could otherwise fit, but really can't imagine him going to tabloids. Maybe Jeremy Irons or Laurence Fishburne, hopefully no one.
ReplyDeleteAdding Don Cheadle, Alan Alda, Elliot Gould, Judd Hirsch, and George Segal to the list of possibilities.
ReplyDeleteGood guesses, but it says A- list, so that narrows things down to a couple of names.
ReplyDeleteIt could also be someone like Walton Goggins or Jim Rash ( hope not) who have awards/ noms for non-acting work.
ReplyDeleteI hope it's not Hutton. Truly a nice guy. One of the good ones. Whoever it is, I wish them the best.
ReplyDelete@Writergirl : slightly OT, but you've been missed around here. Got any good gossip for us? xoxo

ReplyDeleteRobin Williams is filming a movie right now. Don't think whoever would be filming.
ReplyDeleteEchoing Robin Williams. There was a picture of him shirtless on a beach and comments wondering what happened to his chest mane.
ReplyDeletePlease not Jim Parsons.
ReplyDeleteJames Spader?
ReplyDeleteDanson.
