The Mindy Kaling Elle Cover

Mindy Kaling's show is about to be canceled. That doesn't mean she isn't funny and a great actress and worthy to be included in the women of television issue for Elle. She makes way more sense then Allison Williams who has one role on an ensemble show on a pay tv network. Elle does not like women who are larger than a size zero. You won't see models on their cover who are larger. The only time they make any exception to the policy is with actresses. They hate to do that and have used some very creative ways of making sure that you think the person on the cover is much smaller than in reality.

For it's issue this month Elle chose four women for four separate covers. With the exception of Mindy, all the women got full body photos in sexy clothes in bright vivid color. The very curvy and sexy Mindy got a black and white photo of her face and chest area. No one would have said a peep about it except for the decision by Elle to have the other women dressed and highlighted as they were. I bet Elle never makes this mistake again and just eliminates separate cover issues or just finds someone who is less curvy.
